BackgroundCardiovascular disease (CVD) was always the prime complication of the undergoing maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. It cut the life expectancy and lower the quality of life in the undergoing MHD patients. Althought the undergoing MHD patient has the common complications, such as anemia, dyslipidemia, hypertension, which were the risk factor of CVD. But the common complications couldn’t completely explain the higher incidence rat and mortality of CVD in the undergoing MHD patient. And in many potential risk factors, the blood pressure variability (BPV) has been appreciated by researchers, because the special of the BPV in MHD patients. There were so many research about the risk factors of BPV increasing during dialysis, and the conclusions of those research were not the same. By the way, there was few research on the risk factors of BPV increasing after dialysis. For tackling the above arguments and study on blank, this study foucsed on the influencing factors of BPV increasing in the 6 hours after dialysis. This reseaech took 12 months and about 123 patients were included. We explore the risk factors of the BPV increasing for the undergoing MHD patients in the 6 hours after dialysis through record and analysis the data of MHD patient. We gave the evidence for clinic doctor about the optimal scheme of blood pressure control.ObjectiveTo explore the influencing factors of blood pressure variability(BPV) increasing for the undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients in the 6 hours after dialysis.MethodsThere were 123 cases of hemodialysis patients in this study, which meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. According to the blood pressure variability(BPV) in 6 hours after dialysis,123 cases were divided High SBPV(HSBPV) group and Low SBPV(LSBPV) group, divided High DBPV(HDBPV) group and Low DBPV(LDBPV) group. All the suspicious factors were analyzed.ResultsAfter dialysis, the age, the ultrafiltration volume in one dialysis, the total volum of extracellular fluid (ECW), intracellular fluid volume (ICW), hemoglobin, iPTH, TC were statistically significance difference (P<0.05) in the comparison between HSBPV group and LSBPV group. Age, the ultrafiltration volume in one dialysis, ECW, ICW, hemoglobin, iPTH, TC were statistically significance difference (P<0.05) in the comparison between HSBPV group and LSBPV group. The independent influencing factors (P<0.05) of the SBPV in the 6 hours after dialysis were high ECW, hemoglobin, iPTH, TC. And the age, TC were the independent influencing factors (P<0.05) of the DBPV.ConclusionHigh ECW, hemoglobin, iPTH, TC are make a contribution to the increasing of SBPV, and age, TC are make a contribution to increasing diastolic blood pressure during dialysis.
