Diabetes is a disease that cannot be radically cured world widely, which poses a great threat to human health. Traditional biochemical means for detecting glucose give patients sustained trauma, so that the patients not only have to suffer the pains every day in the whole time of life, but also have to pay the high cost for testing products. The optical non-invasive technology provides an effective way to solve the above problems with its advantages, such as no pains, convenient, fast, real-time monitoring and so on. Obviously, it is very important for the diabetes patients to have a cheap, effective and non-invasive way for monitoring the blood glucose concentration.In this paper, application requirement of the non-invasive blood glucose concentration measurement was analyzed by the way of infrared spectroscopy method. According to Lambert-Beer law, the relationship between the glucose concentration and absorbance is obtained theoretically.Based on the theoretical analysis, the method of non-invasive glucose concentration measurement has been discussed. The standard spectrum data has been got by the spectral data of every concentration solution tested with two light sources in the experiment; the theoretical absorption was calculated by the spectrum data of every concentration solution, the detector responsivity coefficients, the light sources spectral coefficients and the standard spectral coefficients. After the measurement and calculation,the measurement absorbance values were compared with the theoretical absorbance values, and the errors were analysed.The experiment above verified the feasibility of the measurement method of infrared non-invasive blood glucose concentration.According to the two LEDs infrared non-invasive blood glucose measurement principles and experiment verification, a mobile terminal as measurement platform has been designed, which includes one mobile phone as the data processing platform, connected with the Internet to realize some functions. Mainly in the paper the system structure design and primary development of mobile App were completed.Based on non-invasive glucose principles of two infrared LEDs, This paper established the non-invisave measurement of glucose concentration by the relatonship between the glucose infrared standard spectra data, the light sources spectral coefficients, detector response coefficients and the spectrum data of every concentration solutions, and corresponding test has been completed, test system has been designed. the analysis in this paper make the foundation of the development of two LEDs light sources infrared non-invasive blood glucose meter.
