| Objective:It is found in clinic that most of primary dysmenorrhea patients complicated with Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition. This study mainly focus on the analysis of correlations between these two symptoms, and the effectiveness of manipulation of Pressing and whirling pelvis Tuina in treating primary dysmenorrhea patients complicated with Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition when compared with by routine Tuina.Methods:60 cases which according to the diagnostic be selected, and filed in to experimental and control group randomly and single-blindly. There are 23 cases and 37 cases of anterior malposition and posterior malposition respectively. All cases be treated for 3period. The Pressing and whirling pelvis Tuina be used in experimental group and routine Tuina for control group. Many scales of marks be selected to estimate the results of pre- and post- treatment of two groups. The recurrence rate also be fellow-up through telephone in 3 month after the course of therapy. All data be analyzed statistically. Results :1 Correlation analysis of primary dysmenorrhea and Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition: The score of dysmenorrhea( of symptoms) has a positive correlationwith the score of Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition( of signs) no matter before or after the treatment(0<r<1,P<0.05), which prompts that there may be positive correlation between primary dysmenorrhea and Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition2 Comparison of observed items between experimental and control group: Both two groups have significant difference among symptoms, signs, work and life skills, improvement rates and pain ruler between pre- and post- treatment(P<0.05). The observation project score of two groups have improved, what’s more, it has significant difference between two groups of the observation score after the treatment(P<0.05),and the improve rate of score of experimental group is better than of control group.3 Improve rate of therapy: There are 0 case, 2 cases, 28 cases and 0 case of perfect, good, middle and poor respectively for control group after treatment; Meanwhile, there are 1 perfect, 15 good, 14 middle and 0 poor for experimental group. The improve rate of experimental group has a significant difference to the control group(P〈0.05), which suggests that the improve rate is better than control group.4 Results of fellow-up: The recurrence rate be fellow-up through telephone in 3month after the course of therapy. There are 9 cases recurrence(recurrence rate is30%) of the control group; and 2 cases(recurrence rate is 6.66%) of experimental group. There is also significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P〈0.05). It means that the recurrence rate of experimental group is lower than control group. Conclusion:There may be positive correlation between primary dysmenorrheal and Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition. In compare with the control group which be treated with routine Tuina, the experimental group which be cured by the special massage of Pressing and whirling pelvis Tuina has a better curative effect score, improve rate, advanced pain ruler score and lower recurrence rate in treating the primary dysmenorrhea complicated with Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition, which suggests that it’s necessary to restore the Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition except for treating the primary dysmenorrhea. The massage of Pressing and whirling pelvisTuina can satisfy the two treatment goal at the same time, and has a significant efficacy. Furthermore, The massage of Pressing and whirling pelvis Tuina is better than toutine massage in treating the primary dysmenorrhea complicated with Sacro-iliac Articulation Malposition, it is worthy applying and popularizing in clinic. |
