Objective: Observation a treatment Study the nd of activating ncirculatio blood to dissipate stasis blood,the leech( non manillensis frozen powder) treating chemotherapy effect phlebitis of traditional medicine Chinese syndrome belongs to blood stasis patients.And the related laboratory parameters of patients with this type of leech(non manillensis frozen powder),The comprehensive curative effect and objective and scientific evaluation of blood circulation method in treating blood stasis type of CIP.Methods:1.A total of 72 patients with CIP patients, number random using table grouping method, were dividedrandomly into group alexperiment(36 cases), control group(36 cases).2.The two patients of groups with age, sex, main symptom,DDI, to determine the two groups comparable.3.Method of administration:1) Control group in the treatmentalconvention of medicinewestern based on the use of 50% Magnesium Sulfate wet deposited on the skin of CIP, fromday Every the beginning of end theto infusion chemotherapy applied to the superficial vein.taking the tape fixed, each time minutes 30,once a day.2) Experimental treatmentalconvention in the group of western based medicine on the use of taking leech,0.3g every time,three times a day.4.Note: treatment and medication groups were 3 days for a. treatmentof course A total and courses twoof six days continuous medication.During the treatment two groups are strictly in accordance with each treatment, strictly prohibit the use or other with combined drugs for blood circulation or measures.5.Reach the course after the review of raphy,ultrasonog mode-Bblood, liver function,renal function, to evaluate drug safety.Results: 1.In 72 patients, werecases 6 excluded, as were 2 cases, 4 cases discharged off for the cases, 60 cases were included in this study, the compliance of patients more than 83.33%.The two no had groups difference in age, sex, disease of course and treatment of TCM syndrome score and other clinical general information(P > 0.05).2.After six courses of treatment for two consecutive days,the total rate effective of the experumental group was 86.67%;the theof rate effective total control group was63.33%,There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.The experimentgroup in improvement the skin irritation、the pain、the hard nodule or strip、the pigmentation、the context stasis、the ecchymosis、the dark purple tongue clinical symptoms of medicine Chinese ltraditiona and Western Medicine, and reduced D-D、white blood cells and an other aspects, n thebetter tha arethat control group(P < 0.05).4.The safety indicators, such as coagulation(APTT、FIB、D-D)、 blood routine(HGB、WBC、PLT), liver function(ALT, AST) were before analyzed,lly statistica and after the treatment, had group control group test the no statistical significance(P >0.05); after treatment in two groups had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions: Leech( Non-bovine leech lyophilized powder) and blood stasis in patients with chemotherapy phlebitis have better clinical efficacy, Chinese and Western medicine in improving clinical symptoms and other laboratory parameters and lower example D-D、FIB,and improving the overall effect, the experimental group is better than control group.
