ObjectivesThrough clinical research, to observe the therapeutic effect of Cerebral small vessel Disease and the Plasma hypersensitive c-reactive protein, Homocysteine,which change with the different amounts on herb huangqi of the traditional Chinese herb medicine Buyanghaiwu Decoction. Then, discussing its mechanism andproviding basis for clinical treatment of the amounts of herb huangqi.Methods1.80 hospitalized patients were randomly divided into four groups:the control group、the three experimental groups (30g group、60g group、120g group).There are 20 patients in each group. In addition to the blank group, experimental group patients were takingthe traditional Chinese herb medicine Buyanghaiwu Decoction with different amounts herb huangqi (30g、60g、120g). The experiment coursed for 21 days.2. All patients were given the blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function to assess the side effects and toxicityof the Buyanghaiwu Decoction before and after the experiment,3. Inspecting hypersensitive c-reactive protein、homocysteineand erythrocyte sedimentation rata before and after the experiment, then comparing the clinical efficacy.4. Inspectingthe symptom of TCM before and after the experiment, then comparing the clinical efficacy by the TCM symptom scores5. Calculating nerve function defect score before and after the experiment, then comparing the clinical efficacy by the NIHSS scores.6. This study adopted statistical methods mainly include:single factor analysis of variance, chi-square test, normal test, paired t-test, Pearson correlation analysis by using SPSS20.0 statistical software.Results1. Through One-Way ANOVA, we could find three experimental hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels significantly lower than the control group. Through the matching t test, we found no change in control group before and after treatment. Through the Pearson correlation analysis, we could find the dose of herb huangqi increase is positively correlated with the reduction of hypersensitive c-reactive protein levels. From the above, Buyanghaiwu Decoction can significantly reduce the hsCRP value, improve blood vessel state of chronic inflammation, protect vascular intima, and positively correlated with herb huangqi dose change.2. The change of HCY of the experimental groups were significantly before and after treatment, but the control group was not. Through the Pearson correlation analysis, we could find the dose of herb huangqi increase is positively correlated with the reduction of HCY levels. From the above, Buyanghaiwu Decoction can significantly reduce the value of HCY, improve endothelial cell oxidative stress state, the vascular endothelial protective and change were positively correlated with herb huangqi dose.3. The change of ESR of the experimental groups were significantly before and after treatment, but the control group was not. Through the Pearson correlation analysis, we could find the dose of herb huangqi increase is positively correlated with the reduction of ESR levels. From the above, Buyanghaiwu Decoction can significantly reduce the value of ESR, improve the blood rheological state, increase the microcirculation, improve cerebral perfusion, and positively correlated with herb huangqi dose change.4. Through One-Way ANOVA, we could find the symptom of TCM of experimental group were significantly better than the control group. Through the matching t test, we found no change in control group before and after treatment. Through the Pearson correlation analysis, we find that the change of symptom of TCM is direct ratio with the dose of herb huangqi,.So we could draw a conclusion that Buyanghaiwu Decoction can improve he symptom of TCM, and the effection is directly to the dose of herb huangqi.5. Before and after treatment, the NIHSS scores of all groups were significant decreasing. Through the Pearson correlation analysis, we could find that the change of NIHSS scores is undirect ratio with the dose of herb huangqi. That display using more herb huangqi, the NIHSS scores would not be changged.Conclusion1. Buyanghaiwu Decoction can significantly reduce the hsCRP value, improve blood vessel state of chronic inflammation, protect vascular intima, and positively correlated with herb huangqi dose change.2. Buyanghaiwu Decoction can significantly reduce the value of HCY, improve endothelial cell oxidative stress state, the vascular endothelial protective and change were positively correlated with herb huangqi dose.3. Buyanghaiwu Decoction can significantly reduce the value of ESR, improve the blood rheological state, increase the microcirculation, improve cerebral perfusion, and positively correlated with herb huangqi dose change.4. Buyanghaiwu Decoction could improve the symptom of TCM scores, and the effection is directly to the dose of herb huangqi without any side-effects.5. Buyanghaiwu Decoction could reduce the NIHSS scores, and the effection is undirectly to the dose of herb huangqi.6. Buyanghaiwu Decoction in the treatment of CSVD has significant clinical value, and 120g herb huangqi was the best.
