Objective:To analyze the variation of CD39+ Regulatory T Lymphocytes Cells in t he peripheral blood of patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS).To analyze the C orrelation of CD39+ Regulatory T Lymphocytes Cells,IL-10 and IL-17.Methods:This experiment involved 71 cases of coronary angiography hospitalized patients,from January 2015 to January 2016 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, Department of Cardiology.Those patients were divided into three groups,ac ute coronary syndrome (ACS) group (38 cases), stable angina (SA) group (16 cases), coronary normal control (NAC) group (17 cases). The CD39mRNA, Foxp3mRNA con tent of 20 patients (ACS group,12 patients, SA group 4 patients, NAC group 4 patie nts) were detected by RT-PCR in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC); The p ercentage of CD39+ Treg cells among CD4+ cell in another 51 patients (ACS 26 patie nts(AMI patients 6, UA patients 20), SA group of 12 patients, NAC 13 patients) wer e measured by flow cytometry.Using Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to determine the concentration of IL-17, IL-10 in plasma of patients in each group.Result:(1)①Compared with NAC group and SA group,the expressions of CD39 m RNA (2-△△Ct)in ACS group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),while between the NAC group and SA group, the difference had no significance (P> 0.05);② Compared with NAC group and SA group,the expression s of Foxp3 mRNA (2-△△Ct)in ACS group was reduced,the difference was not statistica lly significant (P> 0.05), also there had not statistically significant difference between the NAC group and SA group (P> 0.05);③There were a positive correlation between the experience of CD39 mRNA and the experience of Foxp3 mRNA. (2)①Compared with the NAC group and SA group,the frequencies of CD39+Treg (the proportion of CD4+CD25+、CD4+CD39+、CD4+CD25+CD39+ in CD4+ cells)in ACS group were signif icantly reduced (P<0.05),while between the NAC group and SA group, the difference had no significance (P> 0.05);②Compared with UA group,the frequencies of CD39+ Treg (the proportion of CD4+CD25+、CD4+CD39+、CD4+CD25+CD39+ in CD4+ cells)in AMI group were no significant difference (P>0.05);③Compared with the single angio pathy group,the frequencies of CD39+ regulatory T lymphocytes cells in multiple angio pathy group were no significant difference (P>0.05); ④There were a negative correlatio n between frequencies of CD39+Treg (the proportion of CD4+CD25+、CD4+CD39+、CD4 +CD25+CD39+in CD4+ cells) and Gensini score(P<0.05);⑤There were no correlation b etween frequencies of CD39+ Treg (the proportion of CD4+CD25+、CD4+CD39+、CD4+C D25+CD39+ in CD4+ cells)and GRACE risk score;.(3)①Compared with NAC group a nd SA group, the IL-10 level in ACS group was significantly reduced(P<0.05);②Comp ared with NAC group and SA group, the IL-17 level in ACS group was significantly reduced(P<0.05)③There were a positive correlation between frequencies of CD4+CD39 +Treg (the proportion of CD4+CD39+、CD4+CD25+CD39+in CD4+ cells)and IL-10 leve ls(P<0.05),There were a positive correlation between frequencies of CD4+CD25+ Treg (the proportion of CD4+CD25+ in CD4+ cells) and IL-10 levels(P<0.05);④There were no correlation between frequencies of CD39+Treg and IL-17 levels(P>0.05).Conclusion:Expressions of CD39 mRNA and Frequencies of CD39+ Treg redu ced in peripheral blood of ACS patients obviously. It may be related to the inflammation...
