Objective:To investigate the changes and significance of blood T lymphocyte level in the first 0.5 hours, the 1 days and the 7 days after implantation of coronary stent in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Method:choice of 95 hospitalized patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital by coronary artery imaging as the study object. Blood of patients with Acute myocardial infarction in the first 0.5 hours, in the 1 days and in 7day of stent implantation; T lymphocyte levels were measured. We are to investigate the changes of T lymphocyte in the blood of three time periods.Results:CD3:Compared with 0.5h (0.6187±0.0141) before coronary stent implantation, first days(0.6242±0.0121) after operation was no statistical difference (P>0.05), After seventh days (0.7195±0.0089) was statistical difference (P<0.05); Compared with first days after coronary stenting, after seventh dayswas statistical difference (P<0.05)。CD4:Compared with 0.5h (0.3377±0.0110) before coronary stent implantation, After first days (0.3503± 0.0135) was statistical difference (P<0.05), After seventh days (0.4178±0.0084) was statistical difference (P<0.05); Compared with first days after coronary stent implantation,After seventh dayswas statistical difference (P<0.05)。CD8: Compared with 0.5h (0.3290±0.0075) before coronary stent implantation,After first days (0.3148±0.0069) was statistical difference (P<0.05), After seventh days (0.2534±0.0061) was statistical difference (P<0.05); Compared with first days after coronary stenting, After seventh days was a statistical difference (P<0.05)。CD4/CD8:Compared with 0.5h (1.0484±0.0475) before coronary stent implantation, After first days (1.1320±0.0582) was statistical difference (P<0.05), After seventh days (1.6605±0.0322) was statistical difference (P<0.05); Compared with first days after coronary stenting, After seventh dayswas a statistical difference (P<0.05)。Conclusion:T lymphocytes in AMI patients with different time points before and after PCI have regular changes, this phenomenon may be of guiding significance for the assessment of disease progression and prognosis.
