Based On The Literature Study The Correlation Between Coronary Heart Disease And Phlegm Heat Syndrome, Blood Stasis Syndrome

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disease which does great harm to people’s health, and traditional Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease (chest stuffiness and pains). From ancient times to the present, traditional Chinese medicine has had deeper understanding of the coronary heart disease syndromes constantly.In recent years, as traditional Chinese medicine’s knowledge about coronary heart disease syndromes has developed, the "heat syndrome" and "treatment based heat" viewpoints are worthy of attention and discussion. "Phlegm syndrome", and "stasis syndrome" are important syndromes for coronary heart disease, especially the discovery of "phlegm and blood stasis syndrome" related to "phlegm syndrome" and "stasis syndrome" is also an important development of the knowledge about coronary heart disease syndrome in the last decade.Currently there are certain discussions and summaries about the understanding of "heat syndrome" of the coronary heart disease. But it still requires further study. This research subject uses theoretical research approach, based on the literature:1. It comprehensively clarifies the whole picture and context of the development of "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease.Through the systematic collection and sorting out of the relevant literature, it carefully analyses the literature, and objectively demonstrates in the way of literature classification and hierarchy:(1) the annual change of the amount of literature on "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease; (2) the different levels of the understanding of "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease; (3) different forms of the understanding of "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease; (4) relevant doctors who hold the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease:namely the authors of the articles or the doctors the articles introduce; (5) the acceptance of new ideas of the doctors who hold the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease based on the past understanding of the coronary heart disease syndromes; (6) the undertaking and development of the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease among the doctors; (7) the doctors’understanding of the cause and pathology determination of the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease; the listed understanding of cause and pathology determination contributes to the formation of viewpoints in Chapter Three and Chapter Four.2. It proposes the supplementary understanding of the pathology determination of the "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease, and clarifies the relationship between this understanding and the original understanding, improving the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease.(1) It proposes and demonstrates that the pathology determination of the "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease mainly should be excitement of sympathetic nerves. It also states the clinical significance of this view. (2) It clarifies the relationship between the pathology determination viewpoint of "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease and original understandings of "atherosclerotic plaques inflammation", "heat syndrome of the whole body" and others.3. And based on the above study, it discusses the importance of "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease, its relationship with "phlegm syndrome", "stasis syndrome", and "phlegm and blood stasis syndrome" and the influence on the diagnosis.(1) The relationship between "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease and coronary heart disease heat syndrome and "phlegm syndrome", "stasis syndrome" as well as "phlegm and blood stasis syndrome". There are "single heat syndrome", "phlegm and heat syndrome", "stasis and heat syndrome" and " heat syndrome plus phlegm and blood stasis syndrome", and so on. (2) The development of the modern diagnosis of the "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease also has an impact on the diagnosis of "phlegm syndrome" and "stasis syndrome"This study has certain significance in objectively understanding and evaluating the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease (including its development in the future) as well as improving the understanding of coronary heart disease syndromes.The innovations of this study:1. It comprehensively clarifies the whole picture and context of the development of "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease.2. It proposes the understanding of "excitement of sympathetic nerves" in the pathology determination of the "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease, and clarifies the relationship between this viewpoint and the original viewpoint, improving the "heat syndrome" viewpoint in coronary heart disease.3. And based on the above study, it summarizes the importance of "heat syndrome" in coronary heart disease, and the six aspects of its influence on the diagnosis on "phlegm syndrome", "stasis syndrome" and "phlegm and blood stasis syndrome".
