| Objective: The customized guide plate of percutaneous puncture in the hip joint is Designed by the digital medical technology and is manufactured by the 3D printing. After verification in vitro, the customized guide plate is applied in clinical in order to evaluate the efficacy and safety in puncture preliminarily. Methods: chose nine patients in Guizhou Medical University affiliated hospitalGuizhou people’s hospital, need puncturing in the hip joint to diagnose or treat from February 2015 to February 2016. There are seven male patients and two female patients; Their ages varying from 17 to 53 and average age is about 32; there are five on the left of the hip joint and four on the right. There were nine patients need to conduct thin-layer CT scanning of the hip joint respectively in medical imaging department of Guizhou people’s hospital, and get a DICOM data which are saved and inputted in digital medical software Mimics 10.01 to rebuilt the 3D model of the hip joint’s bone, skin and soft tissue. Then used the 3-matic software to finish the Reverse Engineering design on a basis of the 3D rebuilding model for the customized guide plate:including the angle and depth of the puncture and so on.The customized guide plate was manufactured by the 3D printing. Before the puncture, the angle and depth of needle insertion were corrected in vitro, and the process of simulation was simulated. In the clinical application, the patients were treated with hip joint puncture, and the accuracy of puncture was verified through the C arm X-ray machine. The time of operation, the times of the operation and the amount of bleeding were recorded, and the complications such as no nerve vascular injury were observed. Results: The successful rate was 100% in the patients who were all successful in the hip joint puncture with the application of the individualized percutaneous hip joint puncture guide; The results are consistent with the simulation puncture; no significant intraoperative bleeding, an X-ray irradiation only in intraoperative puncture test, no postoperative symptoms of nerve and vascular injury. Conclusion:The safety and effectiveness of the puncture of the hip joint in the hip position can be realized by the application of the personalized percutaneous hip joint puncture guide. |
