Besides,130 healthy individuals were recruited in society,113 of them were selected as control group. Analysis the interaction model of sleep dysfunctional beliefs, emotion regulation and sleep quality by general condition questionnaire, sleep dysfunctional beliefs, emotion regulation scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index.Results(1)The sleep dysfunctional beliefs of patients with insomnia is significantly different from the health peole’s. The points of faulty beliefs about sleep-promoting pratices, misattribution or amplification of its consequences, miscoceptions about the causes of insomnia, unrealistic sleep expections, diminished perception of control and predictability of sleep and total points are were Significantly higher than the healthy group’s. (2) The Cognitive reappraisal points of patients with insomnia were significantly lower than healthy people, and the Expression suppression points of patients with insomnia were significantly higher than that of healthy people. (3) The sleep quality from the list of each factor and the total score is significantly higher than healthy patients. (4) Irrational beliefs and attitudes was positive correlated with sleep quality, negatively correlated with cognitive reappraisal and positive related with expression suppression. And cognitive reappraisal were negatively correlated with sleep quality, and expression suppression were positively correlated with sleep quality. (5) The irrational beliefs and attitudes can positively predict the sleep quality, indicates that irrational beliefs and attitudes can predict cognitive reappraisal, cognitive reappraisal could negatively forecast the quality of sleep, expression suppression could positively predict sleep quality.
