Objective:Research progress of osteoarthritis of knee joint of Chinese and western medicine, observing Haitongpi tang of sodium hyaluronate and fumigation for the treatment of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy and safety, and to explore its mechanism of action, which will provide a scientific basis for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and provide new ideas for prevention and cure the disease with traditional Chinese and western new method.Methods:Select 60 patients with standard, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group 34 cases and control group in 26 cases. Treatment group adopted Haitongpi tang fumigation with sodium hyaluronate injection articular cavity injection, the control group only use sodium hyaluronate injection articular cavity injection,1 month for a period of treatment. Through the TCM symptom scores to evaluate the improvement of the two groups of patients with symptoms of TCM; The VAS score method to evaluate the degree of two groups of patients with knee joint pain improvement; Use the Lysholm knee joint function assessment scale to assess two groups of patients with knee joint function recovery. The SPSS 19.0 software is adopted to the study data for statistical analysis.Results:(1) Baseline data analysis:the baseline data of two groups of patients before treatment and basic condition difference had no statistical significance (P<0.01), and clinical trials on the basis of this, credibility is higher. (2) Improve symptoms:according to the analysis of TCM symptom integral after the treatment, the symptoms of treatment group by 56.32 points to 17.56 points, the control group by 58.15 points to 30.08 points. That can ease the pain of patients in both groups, but the effect of treatment group relieve pain is better than the control group. ③ Improve joint function activities:according to the analysis of Lysholm knee functional score changes after treatment, the treatment group of functional score by 58.24 points to 80.32 points, the control group by 59.23 points to 73.73 points. That both groups can improve the function of the knee joint activities, but the therapy improves functional activity is better than the control group.
