| Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of massage therapy to Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet, for children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet to provide effective treatment.Methods:Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet children 60 cases, source (Yancheng hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine) in 2014 September-October 2015 pediatric outpatient.Divided into experimental group 30 cases, using the tuina method (cleanning the large intestine 100 times, kneading Banmen 100 times, tonifying spleen 300 times, kneading abdomen 500 times, pushing seven knots 300 times, massaging Zusanli 200 times, chiropractics 6 times, once a day) treatment, the control group 30 cases, oral montmorillonite powder and butyric acid bacteria living bacterium capsule treatment.Both groups of children with treatment one period of treatment to 3 days for a course of treatment.Results:Treatment after 3 days,The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant (0.01<P<0.05), the experimental group was better than the control group, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90%; the control group was 66.67%.Comparison group, two groups in each primary symptom(defecate frequency, texture, character) integral comparison before and after the treatment and in most times disease(abdominal pain, abdominal distension, vomiting, appetite, etc) to improve the integral comparison have difference (P< 0.05).Comparison between groups, the experimental group were significantly better than the control group on most symptoms (defecate texture, character,abdominal pain, abdominal distension, vomiting, appetite)improve.Conclusion:Tuina therapy children with Indigestion Diarrhea Caused by Improper Diet curative effect, good security,To improve the symptoms of children with diarrhea comprehensive has obvious advantages, with the value of clinical application. |
