Clinical Research Of Child Chiqiao Qingre Granules In The Treatment Of Wind-heat Clip Hysteresis Syndrome On Common Cold In Children

Acute upper respiratory tract infection belongs to the category of Gan Mao in traditional Chinese medicine. It can happen all the year round, which is the most common pediatric disease. Prophase II, III clinical trials have confirmed the effectiveness of Child Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome on common cold in children.and has no obvious adverse reactions. This research adopts the multicenter, central randomized, parallel-group study method to further confirm that the effectiveness of Child Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome on common cold in children.ObjectiveTo compare with Jianer Qingjie liquid, for expanding clinical research of the listed drug Child Chiqiao Qingre granules, to observe the effectiveness of Child Chiqiao Qingre granules in the treatment of wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome on common cold in children.MethodsBy method of multicenter, central randomized, parallel-group, that compared with Jianer Qingjie liquid,386 children are divided into experimental group and the control group,who have a cold with wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome. Compare the primary symptom integral, integral and total integral and routine blood before and after treatment. Using SAS9.2 for statistical analysis Measurement data were showed by X±s and were calculated by t test. A value of P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1. Disease curative effect:The cure rate of the two groups are respectively 22.69%, 14.29%. Two groups of total significant efficiency are respectively 68.08%,50.79%. And the two group total effective rates were respectively 68.08%,51.59%. Deduct center effect comparison, the cure rate, significant efficiency and total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). The cure rate, significant efficiency and total effective rate of Child Chiqiao Qingre granules was higher than Jianer Qingjie liquid group.2. Primary symptom curative effect:In the second day and third days of treatment, it was statistically significant difference between the primary symptom fever group(P<0.05). Two groups there was no statistically significant difference between the master often abdominal distension painful group in the first and second days of treatment(P>0.05). In the third day,there was statistically significant difference between the primary symptom abdominal distension painful(P<0.05). Between the two groups, there was statistically significant difference in the primary symptom integral groups in the second day and third days of treatment(P<0.05). Two groups integrals of the first, second and third day in the treatment were reduced, which compared with before treatment. That the difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05). In primary symptom disease fever, often on the therapeutic effect of abdominal distension full, the two drugs have curative effects. Description on the main symptom curative effect, Child Chiqiao Qingre gradules was better than Jianer Qingjie liquid. In the two groups before and after treatment the symptoms total scores and the primary symptom, times change show that Child Chiqiao Qingre gradules was stronger than Jianer Qingjie liquid in the treatment of in children.3. Security:The two groups were no adverse reactions, which shows that Child Chiqiao Qingre gradules and Jianer Qingjie liquid were high secu wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome on common cold rity drugs.ConclusionsChild Chiqiao Qingre gradules can improve the symptoms such as fever, often abdominal distension full, sore and ache all over of wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome on common cold in children, that was better than Jianer Qingjie liquid. And it has no adverse reaction is the drug in the clinical treatment of wind-heat clip hysteresis syndrome on common cold with high security and effectiveness.
