| ObjectiveBased on the community health service, standard-reaching rates of FPG,2hPBQ HbAlc, TC, TG, BP and BMI for the T2DM patients with different educational backgrounds and ages are studied in present work. The aim is to evaluate the current control status of T2DM under community management mode, providing suggestion to improve the T2DM management for community and individual. Furthermore, it provides useful information for the future preventive work of T2DM treatment, as well promotes a more scientific and reasonable DM management model.MethodA total of 310 T2DM patients were imported in succession for this investigation from Mar ch to December in 2015. The general situation, history, and therapy information of the patients w ere studied in the way of questionnaire survey. The results were further analyzed by the statistical treatment.Results1. The comparison between standard-reaching rates on FPGã€2hPBGã€HbAlcã€TCã€TG and BP of T2DM patients with different educational backgrounds:the standard-reaching rates of the patients with college degree or above was better than that with lower backgrounds (P< 0.05).2. By comparing different ages of patients with T2DM FPG,2hPG and HbAlc, it can be concluded that the standard-reaching rates of FPGã€2hPBG at the ranges of 25-45 old were better than those beyound65 years old (P<0.05), the standard-reaching rates of 2hPBG, HbA1c for persons of 46-65 years old were better than those with>65 years old patients (P<0.05).3. By comparing the standard-reaching rates of TC, TG, SBP, DBP and BMI-of T2DM patients with different ages, it can be found that type 2 diabetic patients with 25-45 years old were better than that 46-65 years old patients in the standard-reaching rates of TC, TG (P<0.05), whereas the patients with 25-45 years old were better than more than 65 years old in the reaching standard rate of TC. TG (P<0.05), and for standard rate of the SBP, the patients with 25-45 years old were better than that those above65 (P<0.05).4. There were no obvious differences among T2DM patients with different educational backgrounds for the standard of BMI and usage of Chinese medicine; There were no obvious differences among T2DM patients with different age backgrounds for the standard of BMI.5.25~45 years old patients had a Greater usage of Chinese medicine than 46~65 years old and >65 years old (P<0.05).Conclusions(1) There was a difference in the standard-reaching rate of Blood glucose control of T2DM patients with different education backgrounds. The group with college degree or above was better than that with junior college.(2) There was a difference among those T2DM patients with different ages, the presence of blood glucose control compliance rate declined as increasing age.(3) The control rate of type 2 diabetes-related indicators was lower among the older group.(4) To strengthen the management of elderly patients with T2DM diabetes community should be a priority chronic disease management.(5)To community Management of T2DM, the application of Chinese medicine and Western Medicine for diabetes had a large room to improve. |
