Objective:Lymphoma is the blood disease with specific or nonspecific clinical manifestation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the clinical manifestation and prognostic factors of lymphoma by retrospective analyzing clinical manifestation. It can help evaluate patients’prognosis and condition and supply clinic datas which is significative to formulate reasonable and individual therapeutic regimen. Methods: ①The retsospective analysis reseachs the clinical manifestation of 17 cutaneous involvement in lymphoma patients, such as age、sex、bone marrow involvement、B symptoms and the pathological character.②The retsospective analysis reseachs the skin manifestations of 17 cutaneous involvement in lymphoma patients, such as erythema, pimples, pigmentation, pruritus, nodules, desquamation, the mass, burst.③The article reviews the clinical and pathological features of secondary cutancous lymphoma. Results: ①The clinical symptoms of 17 patients:males 11, females 6,the age range from 26 to 76,the average age 53. B symptoms 8 (47.1%), bone marrow involvement 8 (47.1%); ECOG≥2 score 3 (17.6%), anemia 5 (29.4%), PLT reduced 5 (29.4%), WBC reduced 5 (29.4%), LDH increased 10 (58.8%), Albumin reduced 9 (52.9%). ②The first symptoms is skin manifestations 14, and the skin manifestations is the recurrence symptoms 3. the location of skin lesions:Head、neck 10 (58.8%), the limbs 10 (58.8%), the trunk 13 (76.5%); the character of skin lesions:erythema 10 (58.8%), pimples 10 (58.8%), pigmentation 1 (5.9%), pruritus 6 (35.3%), nodules 2(11.8%),desquamation 2 (11.8%),the mass 3 (17.6%),burst 1 (5.8%).③Pathological classification:T lymphocytes 11 (64.7%),B lymphocytes 6 (35.3%),DLBCL 3 (17.6%), MCL 2 (11.8%), CLL/SLL 1 (5.8%),PTL 7 (41.2%), AITL 2 (11.8%), NKTCL 1(5.9%), ALCL 1 (5.9%).Conclusion:1.The analysis of 17 cutaneous involvement in lymphoma patients’ clinical data indicates: ①The secondary cutancous lymphoma is common in T cell lymphoma. ② Cutaneous involvement can be the first symptom of lymphoma. There are 14 patients taking the first symptom with skin manifestations. ③The clinical Manifestations of secondary cutancous lymphoma have no specificity, so history, physical examination, and assistant examination is important to diagnose lymphoma.2.It is important to take the Skin biopsy pathology when we find the patient with skin lesions、fever、Lymph nodes, liver and spleen enlargement.Because there is no specific manifestations,It Is easily misdiagnosed. If we can enhance the understanding of the disease, the survival rate can be improved.3. Cutaneous involvement may be the factor of poor prognosis for most lymphoma.
