ObjectiveProposed, using the methods of randomized controlled trials to explore traditional Chinese medicine "flu double solution" the curative effect of treatment of viral pneumonia, and its safety, so as to form the curative effect, safe and reliable viral pneumonia Chinese medicine treatment plan.MethodsStudy Design:By adopting the method of randomized controlled trials, the object of study for guangdong hospital outpatient visits and hospitalization, meet the criteria for the diagnosis of patients with viral pneumonia, randomized, for symptom score, X-ray test results, virus detection and safety laboratory examination results as the main observation indexes.Interventions:Experimental group according to the type of traditional Chinese medicine, oral by Zhou Zhongying experience "flu double solution" herbal medicinal broth treatment; Control group to tamiflu oral antiviral treatment. Two groups according to the illness needs to give necessary to suit the physical cooling or oral ibuprofen suspension antifebrile, rehydration based treatment, etc. Treatment for 10 days, followed up for 2 weeks.Observation:The baseline data, body temperature after often time. TCM symptom score before and after the treatment, pneumonia chest X-ray absorption, virus antigen turn rate and safety indicators before and after treatment.Efficacy and safety assessment:(1) the synthetic evaluation of curative effect of clinical recovery, powerfully, effective and invalid, and calculate the total effective rate, namely (recovery cases+cases were markedly effective, effective cases)/the group total number of cases. (2) safety evaluation according to evaluate security check before and after the treatment, the results of comprehensive analysis of what is happening bad time.Statistatical analysis:Using spss21.0 for data analysis, according to the data type selection test analysis method.ResultsThis test in 55 patients, test group 28 cases, control group 27 cases, two groups of age, gender, before course of the disease, the symptoms score before treatment and there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).①Test group average defervescence time was 1.82±1.52 days, in the control group average defervescence time was 1.33+1.64 days, upon examination, antifebrile time no statistically significant differences in the two groups (P>0.05)②Two groups after treatment in patients with respiratory tract virus detection, review of the experimental group virus turns shade rate is 94.7%, the control of the virus turns shade rate was 94.1%, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)③neumonia chest X-ray absorption, test group cases with 92.0% X-ray suggests pneumonia absorption of different level,64% of cases X-ray suggests pneumonia or absorb completely absorbed obviously; While the control group 80.8% of cases of pneumonia with different levels of absorption, absorption or completely absorbed 61.5% of cases of pneumonia is obvious. Pneumonia absorption is similar between the two groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).④Two groups of patients’symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue can alleviate most in treatment 5 days, patients symptoms scoring average fell 70.00%, while the control group decreased by 68.42%. For more quickly relieve symptoms, patients have more advantages than the control group to appear, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two (P>0.05).⑤The synthetic evaluation of curative effect, treatment group total effectiveness 92.0%, control group total effective rate was 80.8%, treatment group curative effect is more superior to the performance of the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference between the two (P> 0.05).⑥ccurrence of adverse events in 3 cases of test group and control group in 4 cases. Incidence of adverse events were mild, there was no statistical significance (P>0.05) difference comparison, judgment and drug causality are suspicious, impossible.ConclusionZhou Zhongying national physician to master under the "dual solution way, sweat and four combinations" legislation experience of the party, "flu double solution" treating patients with viral pneumonia has good curative effect, can quickly relieve patients’symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, good security, easily accepted by patients.
