Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the color doppler ultrasound guidance radial artery catheterization. Methods:Select 400 patients under general anesthesia undergoing radial artery catheterization were randomly divided into A, B groups, group A selection under color doppler ultrasound guidance radial artery catheterization. Group B selection touch pulse beat radial artery catheterization. It was recorded the first puncture success rate of each group and puncture time, the total success rate and total time of puncture. Results:A, B groups selected patient’s age, height and weight no significant difference. Each groups selected left and right arm were 100 cases of radial artery catheterization. The heart rate and the MAP of two groups showed no significant difference. In Group A, The first puncture success rate is 87.5% and the total success rate is 93.5%, they are higher than the group B, respectively, for the first puncture success rate (69.5%) and the total puncture success rate (83%) (P<0.05). The first puncture time (19.85±11.53) s and total puncture time (26.45±25.91) s in the group A are shorter than the first puncture time (26.97± 13.13) s and the total puncture time(40.04±33.26) s in group B(p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the touch pulse method, the color doppler ultrasound guidance radial artery catheterization have higher first puncture rate and total success rate, the first puncture time and the total puncture time are shorter.
