Objective:Through the study of HPV(the Human Papillomavirus) infection status in cervical lesions in the crowd, analyze the relationship between multiple high-risk human papillomavirus infection and cervical lesions.Method:A total of 480 individuals were recruited who performanced Thinprep cytologic test and the results were atypical squamous cells or worse,in the department of gynaecology of Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from June 2013 to Jan 2015.They performanced HPV-DNA genotyping colposcope and histopathologic biopsy, analyze the relationship between multiple human papillomavirus infection and cervical lesionsResults:1.Of the 480 individuals, 352 cases were chronic cervicitis,44 cases were CIN I,50 cases were CIN II, 28 cases were CINⅢ and 6 cases were SCC through the pathological diagnosis. The HPV- DNA positive was 214 cases, the positive rate was 44.6%.2.The positivity rates of HR-HPV in chronic cervicitis,CIN I,CIN II, CINⅢ and SCC were 27.3%(96/352)、59.1%(26/44)、76.0%(38/50)、100%(28/28)、100%(6/6)respectively.The positivity rates of HR- HPV in different grade of cervical lesions were different(?2=114.764,P=0.000).Among these,CINⅢ group was higher than the CIN I and CIN II groups, there is significant difference(P=0.000,P=0.003); although CIN II is higher than CIN I,but there is no significant difference(P=0.143).3.Of the HPV positive women, the largest number of top five HPV infection subtypes were HPV16(22.4%)、52(18.2%)、58(11.5%)、33(6.3%)、18(5.6%)。4.Of the CINⅠ, the main subtypes were HPV16(32.4%)、31(10.8%)、33(10.8%)、52(10.8%)、58(8.1%);of the CINⅡ,the main subtypes were HPV16(24.1%)、33(20.7%)、58(20.7%)、52(10.3%)、81(6.9);of the CIN Ⅲ,the main subtypes were HPV16(60.6%)、52(12.1%)、58(12.1%)、31(9.1%)、33(6.1%)。HPV33、16、58、56、18 infection is closely related to the high level of cervical lesions。5.The multiple HPV infection rate was different, in chronic cervicitis,CIN I,CIN II, CINⅢ and SCC was 19.3%(22/114)、14.3%(4/28)、31.6%(12/38)、21.4%(6/28)、33.3%(2/6)respectively. There is no significant difference of the multiple HPV infection rate in different grade of cervical lesions.(?2 =3.814,P=0.432),but on the risk of cervical lesions, multiple high risk HPV infection > single high risk HPV infection > high-low mixing HPV infection > single low risk HPV infection.Conclusion:1、The cervical lesions is related to HR-HPV infection.2、Subtypes of HPV infection with regional differences, the region should attach importance to HPV33, 16, 58, 56, 18 infection.3、The relationship between multiple infections and cervical lesion is not high, multiple HPV infection does not increase the risk of cervical cancer.4、Multiple at high risk of infection has higher pathogenicity than the single low latent infection of high risk, and high- low mixing.
