The Clinical Research On Treating Stasis Primary With Haemorrheological Nature And Blood Of Adolescence By Ding Dong Tang

Objectives:Observed the clinical curative effect of using Ding Dong Tang on haemorrh--eological nature and blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea of adolescence. Objective to evalua-te curative effect of Ding Dong Tang and the influence of Serum CA125. Inder to understand further the curative effect of Ding Dong Tang.Methods:Sixty haemorrheological nature and blood stasis primary dysmenorrhea of adolescence patients are divided equally into two groups of treatment group and control group at random. The treatment group take Ding Dong Tang, while the control group take Yue Yue Shu. Aiming at comparing patients’ symptoms and the result of Serum CA125, integral method is used in this thesis to observe the clinical Changes before and after the patients take medicines for one period of treatment (3 menstrual cycles).Results:1. Before treatment, the age, course of disease, degree of dysmenorrhea, TCM symptoms scores and Serum CA125 values of the sixty patients in two groups show no obvious differences(P>0.05) before therapy. But after therapy, degree of dysmenorrhea in both groups decreases, especially in the treatment group. What’s more, the differences between the two groups become obvious(P<0.05).2. Contrast of the degree of dysmenorrhea:After a period of treatment, it takes effect in 90% of the patients in the treatment group, and 86.67% in the control group. Statistical signif--icance(P<0.05) is found in the comparison between the two groups.3. Contrast of TCM symptoms scores:After the therapy,TCM symptoms scores in two groups shows great differences compared with that before treatment statistical significance (P<0.05) is found in the comparison between the two groups.4. Contrast of TCM symptoms curative effect:After therapy, the effective rate in the treatment group is 90.0% and that in the other group is 73.33%. Statistical significance (P<0.05) is found in the comparison between the two groups.5. Serum CA125 values:After therapy, the Serum CA125 values in both groups decrease, especially in the treatment group.However.the differences between the two groups has no obvious statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Ding Dong Tang is better than that of Yue Yue Shu according to the research of this topic, which shows the advantage of TCM syndrome differe--ntiation and treatment on this disease. And it has clinical value to some extent.
