Oral digital teaching evaluation system is still keeping blank in China at present, which is mainly monopolized by foreign industries. The thesis takes cavity preparation as measuring object based on laser triangulation method of 3D reconstruction technology. Firstly, the system calibration technology is the prerequisite to obtain high quality point cloud data, and system calibration precision is directly related to the point cloud data processing, and the surface reconstruction of cavity contour. Secondly, non-contact 3D measurement technology is deployed to obtain the surface morphology of the preparatory body of data information. The KD-tree search strategy is used to realize the selection of the corresponding points in the ICP algorithm. The data is divided into four blocks, and the ICP data is kept in a radial direction. Geomagic software is called by macros script with the processing for point cloud data including the denoising, elimination and triangle method. Finally, the 3D reconstruction of the measured preparation is completed.According to the above technical theory, SQLite database is adopted for data operation, and the MFC is used as the development system. Through continuous improvement, the development of the system has been put into production. The testing results show that the proposed solution can objectively show the three-dimensional shape of the hole. Compared to foreign similar technology, in the case of ensuring the accuracy of 3D point set registration, it can effectively improve the overall operation speed of the system. The outcome of this research fills the blank of the oral digital teaching evaluation system in our country. |
