Effect Of Chongcao Baoshen Sinensis On Renal Function High-fat And High-coagulation State In Rats With Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To observe the effect of Chong Cao Bao Shen Granules on renal function,blood lipid and homocysteine levels in chronic renal failure rats, and to explore whether it can improve the high fat and high coagulation state of rats by regulating blood lipids and homocysteine levels.Methods:After weighing 78 male SD rats, were randomly assigned to control group(n = 26),model group 26, ChongCao Bao Shen Granule group(n = 26). Three groups were fed with normal diet, model group and ChongCao Bao Shen Granule group are used 5 / 6nephrectomy CRF model making. Dosing regimens: after modeling, the groups began intragastric administration, once a day, lasting for 12 weeks ChongCao Bao Shen Granule group, the renal given ChongCao Bao Shen Granule water-decoction by intragastric, the control group and model group were given distilled water by gavage. In modeling after 0, 4,8 and 12 weeks were rats 24 hours urine protein, Serum creatinine(Scr), Blood urea nitrogen(BUN), Cholesterol(Chol), Triglyceride(TG), Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) and the same type of Homocysteine(Hcy) level, the same time sampling point controls were sacrificed 3, model group and ChongCao Bao Shen Granule group preserving renal granular group 6 rats of each group were killed, and observe the change of renal tissue morphology.Results:1.ChongCao Bao Shen Granule can improve the general state of CRF rats and delay the progression of the disease;2.ChongCao Bao Shen Granule can reduce the CRF rat serum Scr, BUN, reduce the level of Urine protein, and model group compared with significant difference(P < 0.01, P <0.05);3.ChongCao Bao Shen Granule preserving renal particles can reduce the CRF rats serum CHOL, TG, LDL-C and Hcy levels, and model group compared with significant difference(P < 0.01, P < 0.05);4.In the treatment of ChongCao Bao Shen Granule insurance renal granule, degree ofglomerular sclerosis, interstitial fibrosis degree, renal inflammatory cell infiltration degrees loss.Conclusion:1. Chong Cao Bao Shen Granule can improve the general state of CRF rats and delay the progress of the disease;2. Chong Cao Bao Shen Granule can reduce the serum levels of Scr and BUN in rats by decreasing the serum levels of and CRF, which can delay the progression of the disease;3. Chong Cao Bao Shen Granule can improve the level of serum TG, LDL-C, Hcy and CHOL, and improve the state of high fat and high cholesterol in the later stage of renal failure;4. Chong Cao Bao Shen Granule can reduce the degree of glomerular sclerosis and interstitial fibrosis in 5/6 rats.
