ObjectiveUsing statistical methods of type to study the correlation of CAP evidence and symptoms, inflammation index (e.g., white blood cell count, c-reactive protein, calcitonin original), imaging findings and prognosis.MethodsUsing retrospective study method, collected in October 2010 to January 2016, the hospital ward were diagnosed patients with community-acquired pneumonia, according to the standard set into qualified cases, according to the exclusion criteria eliminate unqualified cases, collecting a total of 241 cases, records of different syndrome types of community-acquired pneumonia general data, the main clinical symptoms (fever, cough phlegm, sputum color yellow white, dry cough without sputum, chest pain, etc.), tongue, as well as the patients admitted to hospital check of WBC, C-reactive protein (CRP), calcitonin (PCT) and the result of the X-ray, and record the different cases of virus disease eventually outcome and length of hospital stay. Finally using SPSS22.0 statistical software for analysis.Results1. The imaging findings: there is statistical significance. But four card type are bronchopneumonia performance is given priority to, interstitial pneumonia is most rare. Among them, interstitial pneumonia performance mainly in phlegm heat indicates pulmonary syndrome and evil lung health.4. The prognosis:CAP certificate type no statistically significant correlation with length of hospital stay and but is empty and hospitalization days the longest.ConclusionCommunity-acquired Pneumonia type distribution has certain law, It have certain relevance with symptoms、inflammation index、imaging findings, no statistically significant correlation with hospitalization days.
