| objective:The aim of this study is to observe exposure of gastric cardia in painless gastroscopy and ordinary gastroscopy.Methods:304 patients in The 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University, school of medicine from April in 2015 to March in 2016 who were willing to receive gastroscopy were selected. These patients were divided into three groups:painless gastroscopy(201 cases), ordinary gastroscopy (57 cases), painless gastroscopy with atropine (47 cases). The examinations were recorded on videotapes, and the exposure of gastric cardia was assessed by videotape analysis.Result:Exposure of gastric cardia in ordinary gastroscopy is better than painless gastroscopey, showing statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Exposure of gastric cardia is better in the painless gastroscope with atropine group than painless gastroscopey group, showing statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Exposure of gastric cardia has no obvious correlation with patients’s sex, age, gastric lesions and duodenal diseases, but has significant correlation with gastroscope way(P<0.05).Conclusion:1〠Exposure of Gastric cardia in ordinary gastroscopy is more clearly than painless gastroscopey, and a higher degree of exposure.2〠Painless gastroscope with atropine can improve exposure of gastric cardia, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of gastroscopy. |
