Objective With the increase of spine surgery, the cases with Deep Venous Thrombosis,DVT after spinal surgery continues to be emerging, and DVT is much related to the process of spinal surgery.SO, it’s very necessary to take relevant preventive measures in the surgery. Currently it is more likely to find the research related to prevention of postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after spinal surgery, but relatively less research devoted to study using intermittent pneumatic pressure pump (IPC) in spinal surgery to prevent postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis. Comparing and analyzing using pressurized elastic stockings and IPC on spinal surgery, our research tend to study the efficacy and safety of application of IPC to prevent DVT during the surgery and explore whether intraoperative application of IPC can reduce postoperative deep vein thrombosis formation and its correlation with the amount of bleeding during the operation. We hope to make up for the lack of relevant theoretical research and provide a basis for the effective prevention of deep vein thrombosis. Methods 120 cases of patients with spinal surgery were selected in our hospital form the 2015 January to December 2015 years, which were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group had 60 cases, Based on routine nursing, the intervention group were increased with intermittent pneumatic pump nursing, while the control group of patients used conventional elastic stockings care regimens, compared and analysed two groups of patients baseline data, The incidence of DVT, vein diameter, blood flow velocity and blood coagulation indexes, and to detect the reoperative and thrombosis related indicators. Results preoperative the in external iliac vein flow velocity, shares total vein diameter, shares the diameter of deep vein and D-dimer content of body, body mass index (BMI), the content of fasting blood glucose (FBS), serum total cholesterol (TC), and triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) related to obesity, hyperlipemia, high blood sugar, and other indexes, no significant difference, no statistical significance (P> 0.05); patients in the intervention group the incidence of DVT (3.33%) was significantly lower than the control group (13.3% patients), the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); and the femoral vein, deep femoral vein and popliteal vein were measured at different time, the diameter difference is significant (P< 0.05 but the more significant difference); the diameter of the two groups of patients with femoral vein (P< 0.05); external iliac vein at different time measurement of flow rate, there were significant differences between two groups (P< 0.05), and two groups were four parts of the venous blood flow was not significantly different, no statistical significance (P> 0.05); repeated measurement factors and management factors of two groups of patients with five kinds of blood coagulation function indexes are no make the level difference (P> 0.05). Intervention group and the control group of fibrinogen level and D-Dimer difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); and the operation by intermittent inflation pressure pump intervention patients. The operative time, bleeding volume and patients in the control group (conventional elastic stockings Nursing) without significant difference. No statistical significance (P> 0.05).;intervention group patients who used intermittent pneumatic pressure pump and routine nursing had no significant difference in the amount of bleeding and the control of the operative time, no statistical significance (P> 0.05)Conclusion in spinal surgery, the intervention with intermittent pneumatic pressure pump in patients to reduce the probability of deep venous thrombosis (deep vein, thrombosis, DVT). Whether it can reduce formation of lower extremity deep vein lay a certain theoretical basis, and it will not increase the amount of bleeding during spinal surgery. The actual application value is higher. |
