The Impact On The Lung Function And The Relationship Between The Method Of Eliminating Turbidity By Activating Yang In The Treament Of AECOPD (Syndrome Of Turbid Phlegm Obstructing Lung)

Today, Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) are quite common in our daily life.Those diseases which are easy to break out repeatedly and those treatments quite tough and exspensive.Lung function in patients with copd will be declined which are not completely reversible airflow limitation, and they will be more worse day by day depend on the progress of those diseases. So, the health of human beings with copd will be harmed and someone will be died for who cannot be treatment when the illness is aggravating.In recent decades, human environment was polluted seriously and the atmospheric pollution index was increased day by day.In these conditions, the morbidity of COPD would be rised obviously and cases fatality rate of COPD also would be increased.This will cause us concern about it.For thousands of years, the development of traditional Chinese medicine was gradually becoming mature, it means TCM is being an important role for the treatment of COPD.By the way, my research study would be progressed during the working hours with my advisor. So, I would collect my data with selectively from those patients with COPD in the condition of acute aggravating period and in the status of lung phlegm turbidity resistance.For now, my thesis consists of three parts.Firstly, the literature review would be my first part of the content in my thesis.So, I would trying to browse a lot of ancient books, academic journal and scientific journal which are related to my topic.By the way, I would summarize informations which are related with the research progress of TCM and Western medicine about treatments for AECOPD.By the way, I would also try to explain about the clinical significance of lung function test during the treatment of AECOPD.And I would also try to find out the advantage of TCM for treatments of AECOPD.Beside that, I would also try to explain about the concept of the theory by my advisor for the treament of AECOPD.Secondly, clinical research analysis would be my second part of the content in my thesis.I would collect my datas during the working hours with my advisor and in the time of internship phase when I stayed at respiratory department.In the meanwhile,60 patients were randomly will be divided into two groups:treatment group and control group.Those datas of patients would be collected, such as, gender, age, height, body weight, severity of patient’s condition and datas of lung function from patients with AECOPD. After that, I would summaried all of my datas and make a data analysis report.Finally, the result of the report was showing about the effect of the treatment group better than control group depend on the the improvement of clinical symptoms of AECOPD. According to the report, the result of the treatment group is close to the control group depend on the effect of the improvement of lung function.Thirdly, the discussion section would be my third part of the content in my thesis. According to the detail of the second part, I would try to conclude and explain about the further information of my experiment research.By the way, I would also try to explain about the function and the composition for the treatment of drugs which had been consisting in my treatment group.In the end, although the result of my experiment research had shown positive, but it still had some existing problems.
