The Exploration Of Regular Distribution Of TCM Syndromes About Peptic Ulcer Associated With Helicobacter Pylori

Objective:This paper is aimed at exploring the rule of TCM syndrome of PU and the relativity between Hp infection with TCM syndrome.According to this study can provide clinical theory basis on the TCM treatment of this disease.Methods:According to the standard,200 stochastic cases were selected.On the basis of physical data we could set up database、apply frequency analysis to general information、 utilize clustering methodology to conclude the TCM syndromes of this disease、wield chi-square test and frequency analysis to dissect the distribution of TCM syndromes. All of these were intended to acquire the law of TCM syndrome of Hp associated PU combining professional knowledge.Results:The frequency of male were more than female,youth group and middle-aged group were more than the older group in 200 stochastic cases.Thepathogenic factors including smoking、drinking、medicine、diet and emotion were significant.In the case of invasion site,Duodenal Ulcer(DU) took the first place,Gastric Ulcer(GU) came second and compound ulcer was the least.The activestage was the most,healing phase took the second place and scar period was the least in the stage of PU.The distribution of TCM syndromes according to the clustering methodology was that the syndrome of stasis of liv er-qi (29.5%)>the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin (20.5%)>the syndrome of insufficiency-cold of spleen and stomach (19%)>the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach (12%)>the syndrome of blood stasis of stomach (9.5%) or the syndrome of qi deficiency of spleen and stomach (9.5%).The distribution of TCM syndromes of different ages displaied significant difference in the statistics (P=0.03<0.05)Conclusions:1.The frequency of male and middle-aged group was maximum amongst the Hp associated PU patients.And the DU, The active stage both were also. Smoking、 drinking、medicine、diet and emotion were not neglected pathogenesis.2.By means of the clustering methodology six TCM syndromes were summarized:the syndrome of stasis of liver-qi、the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin、the syndrome of insufficiency-cold of spleen and stomach、the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach、the syndrome of blood stasis of stomach or the syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach.3.Youth group and middle-aged group were major in the syndrome of stasis of liver-qi and the syndrome of damp-heat of spleen and stomach.Middle-aged group and the older group were principal in the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin and the syndrome of blood stasis of stomach.Unexpected,in the syndrome of insufficiency-cold of spleen and stomach and the syndrome of weakness of spleen and stomach,Youth group was primary. Any TCM syndrome,male were more than female.They both were numerous in the syndrome of stasis of liver-qi.4.So GU and DU were. While in the syndrome of deficiency of stomach yin,compound ulcer is frequent.Even though the invasion site was disparate,but all of them were visible in any TCM syndrome.
