Objective:Obseve the clinical effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation method on clinical efficacy in qi and yin deficiency of the patients with Unstable Angina and the change of endothelin-1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO), thromboxane B2(TXB2),6-keto-PGF1α levels. Then explore one of the potential function mechanisms. Methods:According to trial inclusion criteria, selection criteria in line with a total of 60cases of patients.Randomly divided into two groups of average in 30 patients. The patient of control group were treated with western treatment. The treatment group patients were given invigorating qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation prescription (epimedium 20g,radix Astragali preparata 30g,prepared fleece flower root 20g,rhizoma polygonati 30g,flowers carthami 30g,pseudo-ginseng 10g),decoction,one dose a day, morning and evening hours service, each 200ml.Two groups were both treated for four weeks. Observe the change of anina effect, syndrome climate effect,ECG and plasma levels of ET-1、NO,TXB2、6-keto-PGFla before and after treatment.Results:① Angina pectoris Clinical effect:the treatment group significant effeciency and the total effective rate were 36.7% and 86.7% respectively. While the indexes of the control group were 13.3%,66.7% respectively. The total efficiency of the two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05),but the significant efficiency was statistically significant(P<0.05).②TCM Syndrome curative effect:the treatment group significant efficiency and the total effective rate were 56.7% and 90%respectively.While the indexes of the control group were 30% and 73.3% respectively. The total effective rate of the two sets was no statistical difference(P>0.05),but significant efficiency is statistical difference (P<0.05).③Electrocardiogram:the treatment group significant efficiency and the total effective rate were 0 and 16.7%,respectively;the indexes of the comparison were 3.3% and 23.3%,respectively.The total effective rate and significant efficiency of the two sets both were no difference(P>0.05).④The plasma levels of ET-1 and TXB2 of the two groups were significant lower than before(P<0.01),in addition, the treatment group’s indexes were lower than the control group’s(P<0.05).The plasma level of NO of the two sets were markedly higher than before(the control group P<0.05 vs the treatment group P<0.01),besides,the treatment group’s index was higher than the other one’s(P<0.05).The plasma level of 6-Keto-PGF1α of the treatment group was observably higher than before(P<0.01),but the index of the control group was no evident change before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Statistically diffeciency was observed between the two sets of The plasma level of 6-Keto-PGF1α after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Invigorating qi and nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation method can markedly ease the clinical symptoms in patients with ustable angina pectoris (syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin),and mitigate the TCM Syndrom.Besides,it is security in clinical applitation. What’s more,it signally improve the plasma levers of ET-1、NO and TXB2、 6-keto-PGF1α,which may indicate that it can better vascular endothelial function and inhibit platelet aggregation.
