| Objective Study the clinical effect and mechanism of Qi-zhu-shen-cao tang in treating p recancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Methods 60 patients with precancerous lesions of CAG were randomly divided into tre-atment group and control group all 30 cases for systematic observation.30 patients who were in treatment group were treated with Qi-zhu-shen-cao tang.30 patients who were in control group were treated with Wei fu chun pills.3 months were set as a course of tr-eatment.The observation continued 2 courses of treatment. Symptoms and signs of each g roup were observed before and after the tretment,including clinical symptoms,gastroscopy and sig-ns of mucosal inflammation, atrophy, intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia.Result Data of the clinical research showed that the symptoms were both improved si-gnificantly after treatment for two groups. The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 86.7% and 73.3% respectively,with statistical significance(p<0.0 5).For the gastroscopy,mucosal chronic inflammation,atrophy and intestinal metaplasia im-provement, the effective rates were 83.3%,76.7%,86.7%,83.3% in the treatment group;whi-le 70.0%,53.3%,56.7%,53.3% in the control group,with statistical significance (p<0.05).The effective rate of dysplasia was 50.0% in the treatment group,33.4% in the cont-rol gro up,without statistical significance (p>0.05). Two groups had no adverse reactions during t-he treatment.Conclusion Through the relevant data analysis, The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms, endoscopic signs and pathological m-anifestations. Qi-zhu-shen-cao tang is the effective remedy of treating precancerous lesion s of CAG.it can significantly alleviate or relieve clinical symptoms of patients, promote t he repair of gastric mucosal les-ions, so as to improve patients’ life quality. |
