MPS (perimenopausal syndrome) is a series of symptoms of the woman because of deficiency of kidney essence, Tiangui dried up at about 49 years old. The clinical manif estations of MPS are mainly:irregular menstruation (period or before or after, more or 1 ess, color quality or thick brightred or clear), hot flushes, sweating, palpitation, insomnia, restlessness, irritability and so on. And the clinical application of MPS was discussed from the aspects of syndrome differentiation, treatment principle, indication, compatibilit y and so on.Combine ancient medical literature, modern clinical reports, modern pharmacological experiments, Chinese medicine theory and other research shows that:kidney essence and deficiency are the basic cause of the incidence of MPS. Kidney deficiency involving the heart, liver, spleen, is the major pathologic change. Tonifying kidney essence and Tiang ui, taking into account other internal organs are the main method of treatment. Cold can nourish yin, warm can nourish yang, mild medicine has no contraindication, sugariness can fill, characteristics to the kidney is the basis of pharmacyin the treatment of MPS. Pharmacological experiments in this study, using Menoprogen Capsules, invitr tocopy the model of cadmium chloride in aging rat granulosa cells, to observe theanti a poptosis effect of Menoprogen Capsules GC. The changes of GC value added rateof rats before and after administration were determined by MTT colorimetry. The secretion of E2 and P in rat GC medium was detected by chemiluminescence method. By chemical 1 uminescent method for detection of rat GC secretion of E2 and P in liquid culture,and o bserve how the Menoprogen capsules on the female hormone secretion ability. By enzym e linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression of Bcl-2, Bax and casp ase-3 protein in liquid culture, to observe the effects of Menoprogen Capsules on rat GC apoptosis related gene. Results show:Menoprogen Capsules can promote the increase of GC value, increase the secretion of E2 and P, increase the expression of anti apoptotic factor Bcl-2 protein, down regulate the expression of Pro apoptotic factor Bax and Caspa se-3 protein. Conclusion:Menoprogen Capsules can promote GC value-added, improve G C female hormone secretion, regulating GC apoptosis related factors, So as to resist the apoptosis of GC. In order to improve the ovarian function, the break before and after va rious disease treatment. Research results expounds the kidney essence and Tiangui traditi onal Chinese medicine in the treatment of MPS mechanisms, for the clinical treatment of MPS provides scientific basis fringing. The research results, explains the mechanism of tonifying kidney essence and Tiangui of Chinese medicine treatment of MPS, and provid ed the scientific basis for the clinical treatment of MPS.
