| Objective:In recent years there is a lot of research on development of OSAHS and related diseases, diagnosis and treatment,and found that the disease associated with many factors change in blood, the discovery of hepdicin is more than 10 years, and acknowledged its chemical structure, physiological functions and factors, but the regulation of the relationship between OSAHS and hepdicin, little is reported at home and abroad. The research is study the clinical treatment of OSAHS the changes of hepdicin, to assess whether it can become one of OSAHS biological indicators of prognosis in curative.Methods:This study randomly selected 66 patients who has been diagnosed of OSAHS in the second affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2013 to March 2015. (all of them the AHI is greater than 15). and considered the basis of their upper airway obstruction, give the corresponding H-UPPP and/or deviation of nasal septum correction surgery and turbinate resection therapy. According to the preoperative and postoperative 6 months PSG test results will be divided into treatment group (53 patients) and treatment group (13), measurement of preoperative and postoperative levels of hepdicin. All data were processed with SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results:The effectiveness of the treatment group and the ineffective group before and after treatment of patients with OSAHS surgery body mass index (BMI) showed no significant difference (P>0.05). In the effective treatment group, the level of serum hepdicin level of OSAHS was 1202.33+460.86Pg/ml before operation.compared with 6 months after OSAHS treatment, the level of hepdicin 730.36+364.46Pg/ml,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ineffective treatment group preoperative serum hepcidin level was 1326.31± 302.67Pg/ml and compared with 6 months after OSAHS treatment,the level of hepdicin was 1142.27±243.16Pg/ml, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Whether preoperative or postoperative OSAHS patients serum hepcidin were positively correlated with AHI (r=0.791, P<0.05).Preoperative and postoperative OSAHS patients’serum levels of serum hepdicin were significantly negatively correlated with the lowest SPO2 in sleep monitoring (r=-0.741, p<0.05).Conclusion(s):The expression of serum hepdicin in patients with OSAHS before and after operation was significantly positively correlated with the sleep apnea hypopnea index,and A significant negative phase was significantly associated with the lowest SPO2 in the PSG,which indicates that the level of OSAHS is correlated with the severity of the disease.After operation 6 months AHI decrease is more than or equal to 50%(treatment group) in OSAHS patients, serum hepdicin regulating hormone levels than preoperative decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant, and after 6 months of AHI decrease<50%(treatment ineffective group) in OSAHS patients, serum hepdicin regulated hormone levels compared with the preoperative decreased, the difference was not statistical significance. Hepcidin can restore the patient evaluation after OSAHS surgery. Biological indicators of serum hepcidin can be used as evaluation of the severity of OSAHS and OSAHS operation. |
