| Objective: By detecting the deceleration capacity of rate and the Tei-index of right ventricle in pulmonary heart disease patients and healthy controls in Xinning area,to compare the two indexes and investigate whether there are clinical significance differences, and investigate the correlation between the deceleration capacity of rate and the Tei-index of right ventricle in pulmonary heart disease patients,to provide some help for the clinical treatment and assessment of prognosis of pulmonary heart disease patients. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 pulmonary heart disease patients and 30 healthy people were selected, detect the deceleration capacity of rate and the Tei-index of right ventricle in all of them.Using SPSS20.0 for statisyical analysis. Results: 1. The deceleration capacity of rate in pulmonary heart disease patients is significantly lower than that of healthy controls(P<0.05);2.Tei-index of right ventricle in pulmonary heart disease patients is significantly higher than that of healthy controls(P<0.05);3.The deceleration capacity of rate and the Tei-index of right ventricle was a negative correlation in pulmonary heart disease patients. Conclusion: 1.The DC in pulmonary heart disease patients is decreased, suggesting those patients’ vagus nerve function is reduced and those with a increased risk of sudden death;2. The Tei-index of right ventricle in pulmonary heart disease patients is increased, suggesting the function of right ventricular in those patients is decrease;3.In pulmonary heart disease patients, with Following with the Tei-index of right ventricle increased, the DC is decreased, suggesting that those patients’ cardiac function more worse, the protective effect of vagus nerve on heart is decreased, and those people with a increased risk of sudden death. |
