Effect Of Nrf2-Keap1-ARE Pathway On The Growth Of The Liver Cancer Cell SMMC-7721

Objective:Nrf2- Keap l- ARE pathway is an important channel of the human body to deal with the stress factors, however,in recent years, it also has other function.This experiment is mainly to explore influence of the liver cancer cell SMMC- 7721 on the proliferation and apoptosis,providing experimental basis for the treatment of liver cancer to search for effective drugs.Methods:The SMMC- 7721 cells after regular training were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group is added Nrf2 inhibitor BML-111, and the other group was the control group; then after a period of time,liver cancer cell’s proliferation inhibition rate were explored by the MTT assay and its apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry.Results:MTT test showed that:Compared with the control group,SMCC- 7721 cell proliferation inhibition rate of the experimental group increased significantly than the control group.Flow cytometry results that:Compared with the control group,SMCC- 7721 cell apoptosis rate of the experimental group increased significantly than the control group.Conclusion:In the process of SMCC- 7721 cell proliferation,Nrf2-Keap l-ARE signaling pathway play a vital role in promoting tumor growth.
