Traditional Chinese medicine is a mine of information, Acupuncture and moxibustion is a vital part of it. Therefore, the rules of acupoints compatibility have become the focus of traditional Chinese medicinal research. This paper aims to study the compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point by Artificial intelligence algorithm, it will be better to cure diseases by using acupuncture and moxibustion.Firstly, this paper creates the traditional Chinese medicine acupoints compatibility management system.In the system, we input the processed data of "Chinese medical classics"(the Fourth Edition), CNKI, Wan Fang Data knowledge service platform, VIP periodical resources integration platform services, and so on.Achieved the data acquisition function of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility acupoints.Secondly, because the data in the complex and redundant system of TCM acupoints compatibility are complex and redundant, this paper studies the data of gastroparesis and primary insomnia in TCM acupoints compatibility management system and summarizations rules. At last, this paper uses Apriori algorithm generates frequent itemsets, support confidence and association rules. Due to the association rules generated by the Apriori algorithm may pointless,it is important to introduce the degree of support and confidence and a specific value to determine the significance of association rules. As a result, the selection of this particular value is particularly important. In order to produce the appropriate value, this paper uses genetic algorithm to calculate and generate frequent itemsets, in the frequent item to find its proper subset. Record its support, apply genetic algorithm to select the appropriate value, and eliminate the meaningless association rules. In order to optimize the Apriori algorithm and establish the model of TCM acupoints compatibility system using Apriori-GA algorithm.Finally, this paper combines the application of TCM acupoints compatibility management system with the theoretical knowledge of Apriori-GA algorithm, and uses MATLAB software to write software package. The development of TCM acupoints compatibility relationship mapping system is based on the data of gastroparesis and primary insomnia in TCM acupoints compatibility management system, generates association rules And integrates MCODE algorithm. It can draw TCM acupoints compatibility relationship maps to meet diverse demands by improving constantly.
