Application Research Of Clostridium Butyricum Tablets During The Perioperative Period In Patients Accepting Intestinal Polyps Resection

Background and objectives: Colorectal cancer is one of the most common digestive malignant tumor with high incidence and mortality in the world,which affect humans health seriously. Colon polyps, especially the adenomatous polyp is a precancerous disease of colorectal cancer, Early diagnosis and treatment can effectively lower the incidence of colorectal cancer. Endoscopic highfrequency electroexcision of colon polyps is the most widely used treatment at present. But after the operation,the intestinal mucosal barrier would be damaged,the restoration of the wound’s surface would be affected and hemorrhagic complications would occur. Clostridium butyricum can regulate the intestinal flora, enhance the organism immunity and promote the injured intestinal mucosal healing. This study is to observe the effects of clostridium butyricum tablets during the perioperative period in patients accepting intestinal polyps resection.Methods: To choose 61 cases of patients with elective surgical procedures who accorded with the inclusive criteria in clinical work. They were divied into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The two groups of patients were all given conventional treatment during perioperative period. 31 cases in treatment group were additionally given clostridium butyricum tablets at doses with 3tablets three times a day from two days prior to surgery until four weeks after surgery. The another 30 cases in control group were not given probiotics and any other treatment. The film repair of the bowel glues、wound healing and postoperative bleeding of the two groups were observed after surgery.Results: The clinical research proved that the rate of postoperative bleeding in treatment group(0.0%) was obviously lower than that in the control group(16.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05); the rate of the bowel glues about film repair in treatment group(96.8%) was obviously hinger than that in the control group(66.7%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions: Clostridium butyricum tablets can speed up the repairment of bowel mucosa,promote wound healing and prevention of postoperative bleeding after the operation,the clinical curative effect is distinct...
