Objective:Through the TAC regimen neoadjuvant chemotherapy cases were analyzed, the understanding of the effectiveness and safety of the new adjuvant chemotherapy and Ki-67 on tumor response sensitivity, prediction of efficacy, breast cancer patients in order to provide better basis for treatment. Methods: Collected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 and diagnosed with breast cancer in all the information, based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected in line with standard neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer in39 cases, pathological types are breast invasive ductal carcinoma, preoperative application TAC chemotherapy treatment, chemotherapy cycle 2 to 6 cycles after chemotherapy underwent surgery, and follow up.Results: After neoadjuvant 2 to 6 cycles of chemotherapy(TAC Programme), these 39 patients, reach supraclavicular CR 7 cases, accounting for 17.95% overall; and p CR 3cases, accounting for 7.69% overall; PR 23 cases, accounting for 58.97% overall; achieve SD patients 8 cases, accounting for 20.51% of the total; reach PD patients in 1 cases, accounting for 2.56% of the total, the response rate(RR) was 76.92%, the clinical control rate(DCR) 97.44%. There were 3 patients choosed breast-conserving surgery, accounting for 7.69 percent of the total, more than 36 breast cancer patients underwent modified radical mastectomy, accounting for 92.31 percent of the total. Compared before and after chemotherapy, the positive rate of Ki-67 expression was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05); after chemotherapy, Ki-67 positive cases with high expression group was significantly higher than the positive low expression group case efficient, confirmed by the statistical difference was statistically significant(p <0.05); after chemotherapy, Ki-67 decline, the pathology group decreased significantly more efficient than the pathological group slightly decreased effectiveness, The statistical test confirmed that the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05). During chemotherapy, the emergence of leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting, abnormal liver function, toxicity ECG abnormalities and hair loss, while the most frequent side effects are hair loss, nausea, vomiting and leukopenia, accounting for all adverse reaction syndrome the highest proportion of patients after effective prevention tolerable toxicity, with no associated deaths;Neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients followed for 2 years to observe the TAC neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer disease-free survival and overall survival of patients with chemotherapy. Conclusion: 1,Ki-67 can work together to better carry out the assessment and evaluation of pathologic NCT efficacy can be predicted NCT sensitivity and effectiveness; 2, short-term effect NCT TAC program affirmation and after the effective prevention patients can tolerate chemotherapy deputy the reaction, chemotherapy-related deaths no adverse reactions occur, a higher security; 3, NCT can improve the resection rate, to understand the effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs select sensitivity and chemotherapy.
