ObjectiveTo compare the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT) diagnosis and treatment pattern and traditional single discipline diagnosis and treatment pattern on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis.MethodsMade a retrospective analysis on the clinic datas of the patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis in our hospital from June 2012 to April 2015.According to the pattern of diagnosis and treatment, these cases were divided into MDT group(MDT diagnosis and treatment pattern group) and control group(single discipline diagnosis and treatment pattern group). We compared the usage rate of MRI, the surgical rate of the liver metastasis, the median survival time, the 1 year and 2 year survival rate of the two groups. And we analyzed the prognostic factors that may influence the survival of the CRLM patients.ResultsThe usage rate of Primovist MRI,the median survival time, the 1 year and 2 year survival rate of the MDT group were significantly higher than the control group respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Cox regression model analysis showed that the use of Primovist MRI had independent prognostic value.ConclusionMDT diagnosis and treatment pattern are more helpful for patients to use Primovist MRI to evaluate liver metastasis, and MDT can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer liver metastasis. But the long-term survival rate needs to be studied by further followed up.
