In which,404 cases developed postoperative complications, and the incidence was 18.30%.The result from Meta-analysis showed that 7 demographic factors were significantly related to increasing the incidence of postoperative complications, including male gender(OR=1.55,95%CI:1.24~1.94,P=0.000<0.05),age(OR=0.40,95%CI:0.18~0.86,P=0.020<0.05),nutritional status(OR=4.10,95%CI:1.89~8.89,P=0.000<0.05),concurrent pulmonary diseases(OR=2.69,95%CI:1.57~4.62,P=0.000<0.05),concurrent diabetes mellitus(OR=1.61,95%CI:1.09~2.35,P=0.015<0.05),operation types(OR=0.66,95%CI:0.46~0.95,P=0.025<0.05),operation time(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.22~0.88,P=0.020<0.05).However,BMI,hypertension,cardiopathy,conversion,tumor size and tumor stage were not related to complications.ConclusionThe occurrence of postoperative complications in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal tumor are associated with male gender, age, nutritional status, concurrent pulmonary diseases, concurrent diabetes mellitus, operation types, operation time. |
