Objective:TGF-β1、PDGF and VEGF observed in patients with cirrhosis serum levels of change, discussed its function and significance in the development of cirrhosis of the liver. Methods:Detection by ELISA method in 30 cases of chronic hepatitis B group, 30 cases of hepatitis B cirrhosis group and 20 cases of normal group of TGF-β1 、PDGF and VEGF serum levels. Results:The levels of serum TGF-β1、PDGF in patients with liver cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis B were higher than those in control group(P<0.01);cirrhosis hepatitis B group serum VEGF level is significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);And there was no difference in the chronic hepatitis B group serum VEGF value and the control group, no statistical significance; TGF-β1 was positively correlated with PDGF(r=0.839,P<0.01);TGF-β1 was positively correlated with VEGF.(r=0.743,P<0.01)Conclusion:TGF-β1 was the start of the liver fibrosis strongest cytokines and inflammatory factor, the whole course of reflect the extent to which the pathological changes of hepatic fibrosis;PDGF was the strongest mitogen, whole course reflect the extent to which the pathological changes of hepatic fibrosis;VEGF promote cirrhosis of the liver blood vessel formation, reflect the degree of hepatic lesions.
