A Meta Analysis About Microsurgical Clipping And Intervention Embolization For Anterior Communicating Artery Aneurysms

Objective:Comparing the results of intraoperative rupture,hydrocephalus, vasospasm,hemiplegia,death,recurrence,in microsurgical clipping and intervention for anterior communicating artery aneurysms.Do reference for clinical treatment。Methods:to collect articles about comparative studies in microsurgical clipping and interventional embolization for anterior communicating artery aneurysms from CNKI,Wangfang detabase,CBM, VIP,Cochrane labrary,Pumbed,Science-Direct and other foreign literatures,using the retrieval words “ anterior communicating artery aneurysm,clipping,coiling”,from January 1,2000 to January1,2016 and extract the data for Meta-analysis by using Revman 5.1.Results:only 8 lieratures meeting the inclusion criteria.Datas show no statistical significance about hydrocephalus,vasospasm,hemiplegia,death between the microsurgical clipping and the interventional embolization except the intraoperative rupture and recurrence after operation.The chance of intraoperative rupture is in surgery higher than the intervention embolizating for anterior communicating artery aneurysms.but the irecurrence is lower than coiling.Conclusion:Although embolization has advantages that the damage in brain tissue is small with fast postoperative recovery,there is no difference in survival,and the recurrence in coiling is higher than cranitomy group.So,if you want to choose embolization you need to consider docters’ skill in the local hospital.At the same time,in the paper,it is not the clinical randomized controll,so it has inebitable bias and the credible degree is also limited.It is only a clinical reference for the treatment.
