| Objective:Analyse the left lung upper lobe bronchi divisions form a large sample observation which obtained the representative data.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of different imaging methods, to determine the form of bronchial branches.Methods:1. Case data: 272 cases of our recent patients who got chest routine CT scans and the bronchial tree is of good image data.2. Image processing:(1) try to different thickness and reconstructive interval and the algorithm for the reconstruction of thin slice images, choice which can clearly show the segmental bronchus of course, branch, and can save time of processing conditions. All image data are processed using the selected post processing conditions.(2) The selected reconstruction interval, layer thickness and reconstruction algorithm of image, through the thin sectional, MPR, 3D bronchial tree and CTVE four imaging modalities comprehensive display bronchial tree, avoid a single observation method are false or that lead to inaccurate judgment, simultaneously to the same case with different methods shows the comparison of different methods of advantages and disadvantages.(3) By observation of the bronchial tree branching morphogenesis, tube diameter and walking directions for comprehensive judgment.The classification criteria ofsegmental bronchial branching patterns depends on the trifurcation or bifurcation of lobar bronchi in CTVE imaging.3. Data processing: Observation the different forms of branch types and statistical composition ratio.Results:1. 1.25 mm even more thin layer of image reconstruction three-dimensional bronchial tree can show all of the segmental bronchus, as well as part of the sub segment bronchus, the thinner the layer thickness, the stronger the ability to show the fine structure.2. There are two kinds of branches in the upper lobe of the left lung, trifurcation and bifurcation, the most is bifurcation, and a very small number is trifurcation.3. The segmental bronchial ramifications of the left superior lobe were classified into two types,the most is bifurcation which is mainly composed of B1+3and B2, the other is brifucation.The variation of lingula is relatively stable.4. Branches of lingula are relatively stable, but they are not all very typical,some of the lingula had a lateromedial division similar to that of the middle lobe.Conclusion:1. At present, there are few studies on bronchial branches, even the large sample survey results are very different.2. In this survey, the majority(81.26%) of the upper lobe is the same of the international nomenclature.The international nomenclature is representative,but at the same time, the diversity of bronchial branches is also proved.3. MSCT can be combined with thin layer image, MPR, 3Dbronchial tree and CTVE four measures.It is a powerful tool to study bronchial anatomy which can image and observe the bronchial branches from any angle. |
