The Clinical Research Of Accommodation By Esculin And Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops In Treating The Low Myopia Juvenile With Asthenopia.

Objective:To investigate the effect of accommodation of Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eyes Drops used in the low myopia juvenile with asthenopia.Methods:The low myopia and asthenopia patients about 50 which met the inclusion criteria were chosen from the second clinical hospital of shanxi medical university from march 2015 to august 2015.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 25 and control group of 25.The treatment group received esculin and digitalisglycosides eyes drops and eye healthy guidance,the control group gave eye healthy guidance.Symptoms of asthenpia,uncorrected vision acuity,amplitude of accommodation,facility of accommodation,lag of accommodation,positive and negative relative accommodation were recorded at different time points,such as treated before,1 week in treated after,1 week stop treating after.Results:1.After treated by sculin and digitalisglycosides eyes drops,each subjective symptom of the patients has statistically significant difference(P<0.01),as well as uncorrected vision acuity,amplitude of accommodation,facility of accommodation,lag of accommodation,positive relative accommodation(P<0.05).2.After stopping the drug, the subjective symptom of the patients,amplitude of accommodation and facility of accommodation has statistically significant differencecompared with the control group and prior treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops is effective for using in the patients of low myopia juvenile and asthenopia,which can improve the symptom and objective indicators of accommodation.
