Investigation And Study Of Clinical Nursing Interns’ Knowledge, Attitude, Skills Of CPR

Purpose: To investigate clinical nursing interns before and after the internship their cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge, attitudes, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) key skills,through the nursing interns internship before and after understand the current nursing interns cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge, skills,master the situation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and cognitive level, and willingness to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation first aid skills, explore nursing interns learning and the problems existing in the implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), for emergency nursing professional curriculum in our country, and provides some references for the hospital clinical cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) training.Methods: Using the questionnaire to clinical nursing interns cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) with the method of convenient sampling of grade-three general hospital in Xinjiang voluntarily participate in the survey to investigate 198 clinical nursing interns,adopting the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) operation assessment scale for nursing interns on-site assessment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) technology, The study used two surveys,before the nursing interns entering the clinical internship and at the end of clinical internship. Issuing questionnaires, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills examination at the same time, before the start of the survey communicate with head nurse and their teachers, we obtained nursing interns’ ininformed-consent. The researcher sent questionnaires, the uniform-printed questionnaires were sent out, and in the uniform instruction, the subjects were required to independently finish the questionnaires, finished within only20 minutes, which were taken back on the spot.Cardiopulmonary resuscitation skillsassessment by clinical registered nurse.Methods mainly taking descriptive statistics analysis, the differences of measurement data were compared with the t test, Analysis of Variance,Chi-squared test was used for data analysis.Results :(1)There are 198 questionnaires before nursing interns internship, recycling effective questionnaire 196, effective recovery rate was 98.99%, and there are 198 questionnaires after nursing interns internship 198 questionnaires, recycling effective questionnaire 195, effective recovery rate was 98.48%.(2) Nursing interns ’attitude of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) total mean scores before internship were(24.89±7.13),knowledge total mean scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)were(48.48±5.30),skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) total mean scores were(42.97 ± 16.24);nursing interns ’attitude of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) total mean scores after internship were(25.40 ± 4.43) points, knowledge total mean scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)were(51.26±4.30), skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) total mean scores were(54.10±14.27).(3) The implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) before and after nursing interns internship attitude score differences have no statistical significance(P > 0.05), the knowledge score differences were statistically significant(P <0.05), CPR skills operation score differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)Before and after interns internship different degree of nursing CPR knowledge, attitudes,skills, the overall difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)(5)Nursing interns’ cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge situation was relatively good, their attitude learning cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)is positive,but they didn’t very well grasps cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills.(6) Through clinical practice can improve the level of nursing interns cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge and skills, attitude toward nursing interns had no significant influence.Conclusion:(1) Clinical nursing interns’ cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge is relatively good, through clinical practice can improve the level of nursing interns cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge.(2)Nursing trainees took proactive attitudes to learn cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR), the major reason influence nursing interns implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)was worry about first aid skills, the willing of nursing interns do chest compressions for the people those close to them higher than that of the stranger, for the same object chest compressions will higher than mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.(3)Through clinical practice can improve the level of nursing interns cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills, but nursing interns’ cardiopulmonary resuscitation skills not very ideal, it remains to be further improved.(4) Medical colleges and teaching hospital should pay attention to nursing students in operation and clinical skills training and after training of CPR, find out the clinical nursing interns on-site implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) barrier, improve the courtyard outside the will of the CPR.
