| The thesis consists of two parts:the first part is about the study on the constituents of Sarcandra glabra;the second part is about the study on its fingerprint spectrum established by high performance centrifugal partition chromatography(HPCPC).The study on chemical constituents of the traditional Chinese medicine Sarcandra glabra was reviewed in the thesis.Sixteen compounds were isolated and purified from the ethanol extract of the plant by column chromatography(silica gel,sephadex LH-20,MCI-gel),recrystalization and etc.They were identified as:β-sitosterol,docosanoic acid,palmitic acid,linalool,isofraxidin,ursolic acid,succinic acid,quercetin,fumaric acid,daucosterol,4-hydroxy benzoic acid,eleutheroside B1,rutin,phthalic acid,surcose and quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside on the basis of modern spectroscopic methods(IR,UV,MS,1D-NMR)along with authentic samples or the data in literatures.Among them,docosanoic acid,phthalic acid and quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside were isolated from this plant for the first time.It was the first time to study on fingerprint spectrum of the crude extract of Sarcandra glabra by HPCPC.The best parameter of instruments was determined.The crude extract was analyzed by HPCPC using isofraxidin as reference substance.The extract was got by alcohol extracting-water precipitating.Totally there were eight co-peaks.It has practical value to control the quality of Sarcandra glabra. |
