1.PurposeThis experiment integrates meridian exercises with vigorously walking to observe relevant body shape index,physiological quota,blood chemical index of the subjects,which have been analyzed in order to see the influence on the health promotion of obese people in Cote d’ Ivoire.As a simple and easy controlled physical training method,vigorously walking integrated with meridian exercises should be promoted in Cote d’ Ivoire in order to improve the national body quality,reduce the obesity patients and make the people live longer and be healthier.2.Research subjects and methodsThe research subjects are the patients aged from 45 to 59.80 obese patients from Abidjan,the capital of Cote d’ Ivoire,were randomly selected as the research subjects;including 40 female patients and 40 male patients attended the meridian exercises and vigorously walking for three months.3.Results3.1 Influence of meridian exercises and vigorously walking on weightAfter the three months exercises of meridian exercises and vigorously walking,there is a tenuous increasing tendency of losing weight of the test takers.The weight of test takers of the third month becomes significantly different from the pre-experimental value.BMI is in decreasing tendency,whose value of the third month becomes significantly different from the pre-experimental value.3.2 Influence of meridian exercises and vigorously walking on body shape indexThe waist circumference of the first and second month becomes significantly different from the pre-experimental value.The average value of the third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value.Hip circumference gets decreased in the first month and its value of the second and third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value.Waist to Hip Ratio gets relevant decreased and its value of the third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value.The circumference of Biceps Brachii and Triceps both intend to decrease and the average value of the Triceps circumference of the third month becomes significantly different from the pre-experimental value.3.3 Influence of meridian exercises and vigorously walking on blood pressureSystolic Blood Pressure(BPS) of the first month become significantly different from the pre-experimental value.BPS of the second and third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value.Diastolic Blood Pressure(DBP) of the second month become significantly different from the pre-experimental value.DBP of the third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value.3.4 Influence of meridian exercises and vigorously walking on blood lipidHigh Density Lipoprotein(HDL) and Triglyceride(TG) in the three months all become very significantly different from the pre-experimental value. The average value of Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL) and Total Cholesterol(TC) of the first month become significantly different from the pre-experimental value.The average value of the second and third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value. 3.5 Influence of meridian exercises and vigorously walking on blood sugarThe average value of blood sugar of the first and second month becomes significantly different from the pre-experimental value.The average value of the third month becomes very significantly different from the pre-experimental value.4 Conclusions4.1 meridian exercises and vigorously walking have a relatively significant effect on fitness training methods to reduce body fat. meridian exercises and vigorously walking can regulate blood pressure.4.2 meridian exercises and vigorously walking can make HDL significantly increased,TG,TC and LDL decreased significantly and can improve lipid metabolism.4.3 meridian exercises and vigorously walking can adjust the blood sugar, and will not cause low blood sugar.
