Meridian theory is an important part of the Chinese herbal medicine theory, summarized by the ancient doctors in the long-term medical practice experience.It is an important basis for drug to guide the clinical syndrome. Through the study of distribution of isorhynchophyline in tissue of SHR rats before and after of compatibility with Gastrodia and Unicaria, we want to investigate the impact of drug combination on its meridian. The study will build the basis for the study of Meridian theory of Gastrodia and Unicaria.The thesis study the distribution of isorhynchophyline in liver and kidney tissures of SHR rats before and after of compatibility with Gastrodia and Unicaria and investigate the correlation before and after combination. First of all, to establish the tissue sample pretreatment program and isorhynchophylline analysis in the SHR rats within the organization. Through exclusive, precision and recovery study to inspect the feasibility of analysis. Then carry out the animal experiments. The SHR rats were divided into control group, Uncaria group Tianmagouteng group ig 7 days. And record general signs and body weight. In the 12th days, respectively Omin (control group),30min,60min,120min,150min, 180min,240min were decapitated and removed liver and kidney tissue, then determined the content of isorhynchophylline in the tissures. Resluts:Using SPSS statistic software to analyze the compatibility of the concentration of isorhynchophylline distribution in organ before and after Gastrodia and Uncaria and combination. The foundation of Compatibility of isorhynchophylline distribution in liver tissue with before and afte Gastrodia and Uncariar combination. (p<0.01), it has a very significant difference. After Uncaria decoction ig in the distribution in liver and kidney tissue was different (0.01<p<0.05). From the Compatibility of the distribution concentration trends of isorhynchophylline in the liver and kidney can be seen that before compatibility, Isorhynchophylline distributed in the liver and kidney when the concentration reaches its maximum in 120min, and the distribution of concentration equality. After compatibility, distribution of concentration in the liver was significantly lower. The distribution in the kidney speed up, and the distribution of concentration significantly increased, the time of the distribution of the highest concentration from 120 min advanced to 60 min, and two peaks appear. From the point of Pharmacokinetics and the treatment of "liver homologous" view, the distribution in the liver and kidney after compatibility changes were due to play a role to help enhanced the Gastrodia return the liver. And from the "kidney liver simultaneously" in "Han Mu Zi Shui" rule, Nourishing liver in the kidney that is among the liver and kidney deficiency, its nourishing the kidney, the coordination of the liver and kidney. After compatibility, the Unicaria distributed into kidney in order to achieve the purpose of coordinating the liver and kidney. With the effects of Gastrodia and Unicaria group to decrease the liver anger are consistent. With a single herb Uncaria gene chip expression analysis, the differences in gene expression of "Ur-the liver" filter the NM130752 and NM139096 genes expression which related the cancer compared with the control group were increased. That Uncaria single herb may cause liver disease. But in "Ur and Gastrodia Combination-liver" the differences in gene expression and carcinogenesis of the NM130752 and NM139096 genes expression were decreased. Help with Gastrodia Uncaria compatibility, it can inhibit the Ur single drug may cause liver damage, which Gastrodia Uncaria effect of compatibility of components in the liver were lower in line. Also shows the rationality of Ur and Gastrodia compatibility. First, Gastrodia and Uncaria compatibility may reduce of liver injury. On the other hand, Compatibility with Gastrodia and Uncaria may promot Uncaria into the kidney, Through "Han Mu Zi Shui" theory, enhance the effect of decreasing the liver anger.
