Family is the first place for children’socialization in the social system which provides an uncomparable environment, it offers the first interaction and interpersonal relationship and social regulation and social role for the children, it is also the most important environment for their living and growth. The following factors, such as family structure, family atmosphere, teaching attitudes of the parents, teaching styles, psychological quality and so on, influence the development of the personality and socialization of children. During the process of the socialization of the human beings, it indicates the development of moral quality and the completion of the personality; they acquired various kinds of component of behavior. The essential influence of the family for the psychological development of the infants is that value orienting of the parents to the socialization of the infants, in other words, the internalized social culture was passed to the children by the parents.Good teaching styles have advantage for the sociable development of the children, while negative nurturing means hinders the development of moral quality and the completion of the personality to some extent. Parents are the first teacher for the children. The teaching styles of the parents play an important role for the development of the personality of the children, especially the preschool children, being at the critical phases of development, bother physical and psychological,The present study focuses on the subjects in the kindergarten.100children were chose randomly in basic class (3-4years), medium class (4-5years), advanced class (5-6years) in each kindergarten respectably,300students and respectably parents in total as the target of investigation. A sample questionnaire titled "Social Developmental Scales for4-7-year-old Children", initiated by Chen Huichang in Beijing Normal University, was used to test the development of the socialization of the children, while the investigation questionnaire of the Teaching Styles of Parents by Gong Yihua in Southwest University was utilized to test the teaching styles of parents. All the data were analyzed by SPSS. The result indicated of variation between gender and age and the levels of the development of socialization; some components between the development of the socialization of the children and teaching styles of the parents were significantly interwoven. Significant dimensions were chosen to enter the stepwise multi-regression, resulting that some character as the educational level of the mother and the person who lived with the child in the teaching styles influence the development of the socialization of the children, which are the result of the analysis of the data as the following: 1. The age has great effects on the development level of the socialization of the preschool children. It is the positive relationship between the growth of the age and the development level of socialization.2. The correlation between the teaching style of the parents and the development of the socialization of the preschool children exhibits that the teaching style of the parents has great influence on the development of the socialization of the preschool children. Moreover, it has figured out a correlation between the democratic and ignorable teaching style of the parents and the development level of socialization of the preschool children, the former of which can work as self-fulfilling prophecy of the development of the socialization of the preschool children.3. The educational level of the mother and people who live with the child as long as possible in the teaching style of the parents exerts various influence on the development level of socialization of the children in different perspectives and the role of mother in teaching and the choice of teaching styles and the relationship between mother and child are important factor to the development of the socialization of the children.
