At thebeginning of the pre Qin this China historical civilization, Chinese marriage ethicsfrom no to have, from simple to complex, can be said to be the source of Chinesemarriage ethics. The social ethics of marriage phenomenon in today’s Chinese stillcontains its influence; this influence has its positive side, but also negative side.Roots to analyze problems, we have to go back to the source of problem. Divided into twoparts, the first part expounds the value and influencing factor of marriage andmarital ethics concept, essence, content and basic characteristics and marital ethics.The second part discusses the concept and theory of social gender include.The third chapter includes two contents, first, the formation of gender roles inthe pre Qin period. Mainly elaborated with the passage of time, men and women selfawareness continually in social life, get rid of. Presented by a tribe of equality ofmen and women to think that women are inferior to men, has gone through a scratch,from the simple to the complex process of gender roles. Along with the genderawareness of self sex, connotation and significance of marriage also changes,marriage ethics emerge as the times require, and gradually improve.
