In recent years, with the rapid increase in Chinese comprehensive strength,more and more countries and China have wide communication with each other.Chinese, as a tool of communication, has become the need for more people. Xinjiangis adjacent to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, which attracts a lot of foreignstudents from Central Asia relying on the unique geographical advantages. XinjiangNormal University has unique teaching ideas and excellent faculties in Chineseteaching for Central Asia overseas students, which helps training a large number ofoutstanding Chinese learners. This paper, combining the classroom observation,questionnaire survey on the part of students and the teacher’s interview with theauthor’s point of view, is to state the cultural factors in intermediate spoken Chinesecourse for Central Asia foreign students.The paper is organized as follows: the first chapter discuss the background andsignificance of topics, research method, theory foundation and revision of theresearch findings at home and abroad. The second chapter discuss that language isthe carrier of culture and part of culture. Culture teaching is conducive to theunderstanding of language and is good for language teaching. Teaching Chinese as aforeign language is target for students from different countries as teaching objects.Teaching subjects have different cultural backgrounds, personality and learningobjective, which decides that the Chinese teaching content and teaching methods aredifferent. The third chapter makes an analysis about the current situation ofintermediate spoken Chinese course for Central Asia foreign. Success andshortcomings in teaching are also analyzed. Through the survey, found that moststudents like the Chinese culture learned from oral English class and realize the roleof culture. The teacher adopted culture comparison, performance and other methods,so more students become interested in English learning. However, there is nospecific theory, the textbooks are lack of explanation of culture, and culture teachingin oral English is a random. This chapter,according to the problems found before,hopes to have more people to study culture teaching in oral class for Central Asiastudents and put forward more specific theories. And this paper hopes that excellenttextbook can well combine structure,function and culture in guiding the teaching.For the teacher, they should pay more attention to the cultural introduction in oralclass, introduce the relevant cultural background in the classroom, attach more importance to the communicative culture, adhere to the principle of “to learn, to use”,carry out various forms of cultural activities in the classroom with flexibility,introduce competition mechanism into the teaching of Chinese culture with therewards and punishment, and can increase the cultural explanation module tostrengthen the Chinese cultural learning.
