Research On The Relationship Of Family Environment,Self-supporting Personality And View On Marriage And Love Among Undergraduates

College students’ marriage problems has been an important social issues,college students’ marriage is not only the beginning of the individual marriage,but also the decision period. Discussing on factors affecting Students Marriage view is a prerequisite and theoretical guidance for college students marriage education.Therefore,this study selected family environment and self-personality to explore both the impact mechanism on the View on marriage and love of the college students.In this study,508college students were randomly selected to do survey research,study college students’ marriage concept,self-personality and family environment of each situation and characteristics, well as internal relations among the three, the findings indicate:1.The development level of each factor in college students’ marriage concept is not the average,college students’ marriage concept coexists between modernity and tradition.College students’ marriage concept interaction was not significant in the grades and emotional conditions, but marriage concept of marriage roles,marriage subjective love motives, values of marriage,were significant differences in the grades.Sexual choice,marriage subjective,love motives,marital fidelity concept were significant differences in emotional status.2.In the college students’ self-supporting personality, only the level of personal interpersonal responsibility and personal independence were over the medium level, the other dimensions were lower than the middle level. So college students’ self-supporting was close to the middle level.In the self-supporting personality factors, there is a significant grade differences among interpersonal independence, interpersonal responsibility,interpersonal open, individuals open.3.In the undergraduates family environment factors, emotion expression, independence, success, knowledge, moral religious organization were significantly lower than the Chinese norm, conflict and control were significantly higher than the Chinese norm, but intimacy is often less than Chinese norm, but not significantly, entertaining higher than the norm, not significant. Therefore, the status of students’ family environment is not optimistic.4.Each dimension of self-supporting personality were significant correlation with each dimension of marriage concept and family environment, and family environment factors and the concept of marriage was significantly related to the individual dimension.Interpersonal independence and interpersonal open of self-supporting personality has a significant negative predictor for marriage concept.Interpersonal flexible has a significant positive predictor for marriage concept.The family environment knowledge, independence, conflict has significant negative predictor for college students marriage concept, family environment religious morality and success has a significant positive predictor for marriage concept. Among them, the predictive of interpersonal independent was strongest for marriage concept.5.In the paths of family environment and self-supporting personality effect for college students marriage concept, there are two significant paths,one is family environment to self-supporting personality to marriage concept, and the second is family environment to marriage concept.Therefore,in the path of family environment effect for college students marriage concept,self-supporting personality is a "intermediate variable" or intermediate course.6.Relationship model of marriage concept,self-supporting personality and family environment among undergraduates,shows that by interpersonal responsibility as an intermediary, family environment cohesion and organizational has a significant positive predictor for sexual choice of marriage concept;by personal independence as an intermediary,family environment cohesion and independence has a significant positive predictor for sexual choice of marriage concept;by interpersonal independence as an intermediary,family environment entertaining has a significant negative predictor for sexual choice of marriage concept; by interpersonal open as an intermediary,family environment controlling has a significant negative predictor for marriage roles and marriage subjective of marriage concept.
