On The National Capitalism Policy Of Chinese Communist In1949-1956

At present, China is in the crucial stage of building a harmonious socialist society and building moderately prosperous society, the health of the all-round development of economic society is closely related to many mutual support of strength. With the further development of reform and opening up, the economy in the form of the private nature of the role of China’s economic development cannot be ignored. Analysis the party’s national capitalism policy from the angle of history, summarizes the historical experience and learn something from it, it is conducive for the private economic form to give full play, and it is important to the development of our socialist market economy.In the period of the new-democratic revolution, in order to complete the anti-imperialist and anti-feudal task of the national democratic revolution, the Chinese Communist Party actively seek the way to cooperate with the national bourgeoisie, and established the protection of national industry and commerce in theory of new democratic economic policy. With the victory of the new-democratic revolution, the domestic principal contradiction is not imperialism and the Chinese nation and the contradiction between feudalism and the public, it is the contradiction between the working class and the bourgeoisie, the socialist road and the capitalist road.The Chinese Communist Party duly correct the policy to the national capitalism, change the protection of the national industrial policy into a policy of "use, limit" and then into the policy of "utilization, limit, transform", then the Chinese Communist Party realized the socialist transformation. This paper adhere to the Marxism basic standpoint, viewpoint and method, using the methods that literature research, systems analysis, typical examples and character analysis and other research methods, to analysis the policy between1949-1956.Firstly, this paper generalizes the main charateristic of the national capitalism in the modern times, also the national capitalism has two other characters which is "revolutionary" and "compromise". Then the paper tells the policy in recovery period of national economy and in the transition period. It mainly includes the analysis of the various policy reason, reveal the connotation and the specific measures. Finally, this paper sums up the effectiveness of policy, and evaluate the policy in1949-1956from the angle of theory and reality, history and logic, detailed expounds the rationality of the policy and the existing deficiency, and reveal its realistic guiding significance.
